Ghost Intra 440g, Welch's Grape

These BCAAs are awesome! Super tasty, the flavor is phenomenal. I love how easily this mixes with water. No gritty sips here! Super quality ingredients and it’s really effective! An incredible value for the gym goer! This is definitely one supplement I keep in my bag.

Amino - Great Product, Ocean Water - Disgusting Flavor

First, I LOVE the Welch's flavor - incredible! I decided to give Ocean Water a try because I love coconut but this was just plain disgusting. The after taste was especially gross. I know this was created from the Sonic flavor but maybe could have been a better flavor if pineapple coconut. That lemon-lime just did not go well with it and I supposed, like real ocean water, it did have a salty taste to it. I ended up returning this. For $40, there was no way I could choke this down for 40 servings.The product itself is outstanding. I just did not like this flavor at all.

BCAA is better

So far I have tried every flavor except for the Welch's. The blue raspberry is the only flavor I could choke down and that's when I mix a sugar-free Kool-Aid packet in. I have been using the BCAA during workouts and the taste is great. My body was no longer sore, but I felt over all tired. I figured I would use the aminos after workouts. Even with a sugar-free flavor packet mixed in, there is this underlying very strange taste. I don't think I will be buying this again.

Ghost - AMINO - Welch's Is The One For Me

Health-wise, increased intake of a FULL panel of amino acids (not just BCAAs) is essential to optimal function. Also, trying to consume the amount of [plain-old] water each day can get hard. It is difficult to find an amino acid product that doesn't have Carrageenan or other not so healthy ingredients. This is a great option. I can't say I'm a fan of all their crazy flavors... Don't get me wrong, if I still ate them, I LOVED those sour candies. But they are WAY too sweet in the Ghost product and it was just weird drinking something I used to chew on. LOL! However, the Welch's flavor, flavored with Welch's grapes, tastes like grape Kool-aid. It can still be pretty sweet if you are doing low-carb / keto, but not as bad as the other flavors. But as long as I stick to 1 scope for 28oz, this Welch's Ghost Amino is great and really helps increase amino intake and at least get close to drinking my gallon of water per day.Just to reiterate: Over-sweetness is a problem for me with most low sugar "health" products. They overcompensate with sugar substitutes and being low-carb / keto, my tastebuds just aren't used to consuming icky sweet things anymore. So Ghost Welch's has been the best one I have found to both meet my amino profile I'm looking for, without unnecessary [unhealthy] ingredients, and not overly sweet while providing a refreshing flavor.

Great for recovery and staying hydrated.

Im a big BCAA fan. Ive been using other brands and they are super chalky, regardless how well you shake the damn thing.Though the other bcaa's are about $10 less than Ghost's BCAA's, Ghost's BCAAs blends in smoothly and the Fruit Punch flavor is super tasty.I have yet to try to the other flavor but I can say i bought another tub.I use this after my fasted cardio at 6a.m. since i'm doing "I.F." I take it immediately to prevent a drastic muscle lost. I feel hydrated, i recover pretty damn fast when I sip on this baby. I do half a scoop in a half gallon jug. It does the trick for me. Then I'm at the gym at 7 p.m. doing lifting (squats, arms, legs, you name it.)I definitely leaned out because I just started incorporating cardio in the mornings, but this bcaa has ... MoreIm a big BCAA fan. Keep in mind im a chick and I'm 5'4" weighing 125 atm, I lost 18lbs in under a month so far, i've also stopped using creatine atm. Muscles are still there. Half a scoop works for me, perhaps a full scoop will work for the gentlemen.If you want to stay hydrated and are tired of the chalky aminos with other brands, try this BCAA out, worth every penny.

Great taste,but.

I like the flavor "sonic cherry lemon are,but so far the Welch's grape is really great. I like the astragin/aquamin that's in it,as it helps with intestinal permeability, did you get my recommendation to add peak02 to ghost amino 40servs, I tried xtend perform , when it first came out,and it really helped with performance/energy. Adding peak02 to ghost amino,would do the same. Thanks, for listening and ✌.

Not as good as previous version

Taste is different, not as good as before this revamped version. Also double the cost as the previous version was 40 servings for the same price. Disappointed; changing to a different brand.

Weird beta Alanine reaction

Man, where to start? I don’t go to sonic so I wasn’t familiar with the ocean flavor. It’s not bad, but a little sweet for me. It recommends 2 scoops, but to start at 1. The first time I had this, I had one scoop and about 15 minutes later, my skin started to feel like pins and needles all over. It lasted about 45 minutes and got less frequent during that 45. From what I read, it was a reaction to the Beta Alanine putting my central nervous system into sensitive overdrive. Completely safe, but an odd reaction. My second time taking a single scoop, the reaction was far less and only about 20-30 minutes. I didn’t notice any reviews mentioning this, so it’s worth noting.All in all, I felt fine using it as my preworkout. I didn’t feel jittery or any extra energy. I ... MoreMan, where to start? Wish there was just a little more coconut flavor

Overall, the flavor is very tasty! I wish there was a little less lime flavor and more coconut. Oddly enough, if you drink this while you're eating it tastes more like the Sonic drink, whereas when you drink it solely by itself, it tastes less like the drink. I usually throw it in the freezer for about 30 minutes to get that slushy feel or pour it over Sonic ice to get the full experience.

Works For Me!

1st off, this tastes great. It?s literally a cherry limeade from sonic in powder form. I usually drink it with water but sometimes I use actual lemonade and it makes it so much better. I prefer drinking it ice cold.Now, in regards to how well it works, it?s also great! Since I?ve started taking this, I feel like my recovery time between workouts is much faster and I can go longer. The soreness and lactic acid buildup doesn?t hurt as bad. No more crippling soreness after leg day. Don?t get me wrong I still feel sore, but it?s not a painful soreness where I can?t go up and down the stairs or get out of bed the next morning? definitely recommend
