Ghost Pre Workout Legend 30 Serves / Warheads Sour Watermelon - V3

I have quite a high tolerance to stimulants, but I can actually still feel a strong effect from this. Much stronger than most other pre workouts, and it is not just achieved by super high amounts caffeine. Also has a good amount of Alpha GPC which is not very common... although a bit more would be ideal. Taste fine as well, not overly sweet and it does not burn your throat. Strong reccomend overall ;)

I am an avid gym rat and I have tried a bunch of brands from the classic C4 to mr.Hyde and this brand ghost has the best flavors around!!! From there protein powder(the chips ahoy one is my fav) to there pre workouts I love there canned energy drinks!!!! But the actual powder pre is the best bang for buck! The flavors are great they have something for everyone . Performance wise this is the best mid tier one! It’s balance doesn’t give you the shakes has enough caffeine to get you going but it isn’t trying to take you out (looking at you Mr.Hyde) this is my ride or die pick me up to get me focused and in the gym!

This is one of the best pre-workout powders I've tried. I will preface this by saying I only put about 4 oz of water. It tastes much better the more concentrated the mix. You have to shake it up very well so it isn't grainy, but if you like a watermelon candy kind of watermelon, this tastes amazing. It's not spot on to Warheads specifically, but it is definitely a sour candy kind of flavor. As far as performance, this wakes me up and pumps me up without an intense crash. I'd compare the caffeine and energy boost to a hefty espresso drink, but it's an uplifting, focused kind of boost. It helps both with a pumped up workout or even just generally staying up and running for a full work shift when you need to wake up. I don't feel wired at all drinking this. GHOST Legend is Currently My Fav Preworkout

I have used several preworkout options, and overall I like GHOST Legend the best. At a half dose, it has all the boost I need on running (4-7 miles) or lifting (30-60 mins) days without the overkill.The flavor is great; it dissolves easily; doesn't cause extreme tingle; subsides before bedtime.I would recommend GHOST Legend preworkout, and will definitely purchase again.

Great Everyday Pre

Good flavor and formula for workouts. It's a mid formula and has good ingredients for pump but not for someone who wants high caffeine or very intense focus formula. Very good for daily workouts that you need for feeling good. It's an everyday pre and it does good in that regard. Some light crashing caffeine feeling but nothing too major.

Welch's Grape flavor is alright, at best, which is only my own opinion on the flavor as I'm sure other people would find it better than myself. I wouldn't review harshly based off my own taste buds just because the flavor isn't for me.Ghost products always mix very well. I have taken preworkouts since the dawn of time. So needless to say, I have tried probably about 60 different types. I wasn't impressed with Legend v1, but stumbled about v2 on a reviews website and was impressed by the profile. Not only is this properly dosed on everything (Citrulline, Nitrosigine, Beta Alanine, Tyrosine, Taurine, etc), it includes AstraGin and Senactiv which have awesome benefits and isn't included in a ton of other preworkouts. The latter 2 ingredients increase absorption, gut health and recovery.This preworkout provides very strong, but not raging, energy. It provides great focus with no crash. Overall, this preworkout is a 5 star preworkout. This works perfect since I do 5 days of lifting (2 scoops) and 1 day of jogging (1 scoop). So this lasts me 1 month.So why am I docking it 1 star? They really need to remove the coloring and Acesulfame Potassium from those flavors that include it. They offer NO benefits and Ace K is a neurotoxin that destroys gut health and increased brain fog. Right now I am relegated to the Welch's Grape and Peach flavors, which Peach is not offered at GNC right now. Once they remove those 2 from all the blends, I will rate 5 stars. I also wish this had Creatine HCl or Monohydrate. I add it in, so it's not a big deal, but would be nice if it was included.

Tastes just like it? For better or worse!

I love trying strawberry flavored products, and I love Ghost too, so I was really excited to try this flavor! It tastes just like Bubbalicious? a lot more than I thought it would. I was honestly just expecting to taste strawberry, but the bubblegum flavor is really strong. If that?s what you?re looking for, I think you might like this. Otherwise, maybe a different flavor would be better.Mixed very well, didn?t taste chalky like some powders can. Overall I think this is a good product, the flavor just wasn?t to my liking.
