Product is good. Don't expect to cut a tree down - it is a battery. Having said that I have cut branches around 150 mm diameter. The extension pole is brilliant. I highly recommend MyDeal, their service is second to none.

this product works really well and is good value for the price. my only issue is that the chainsaw can't be used without an extension, but as it is a pole saw it's to be expected. battery lasted well and chain still holding it's edge Graeme

Not being familiar with chainsaws I had difficulty putting the chain on.The chainsaw needs to be lied flat as the oil leaks out other than that it's very easy to use. Found myself looking for things to trim.
This product is ideal for allowing me to cut golden cane palm flowers and seeds off the plants which prevents them from falling into the swimming pool and clogging up the pool vacuum cleaner

Easy to use & not too heavy compared to some similar products. Versatile with the adjustable angle on the hedge trimmer.
Useful tool for trimming and hanging heights. A little heavy when fully extended not sure how this will work have yet to use full extended 🤔
The weight ratio is all off when you add either of the heavy attachments. But the saw & trimmer seem very sharp and went well when tried out.
The hedge trimmer has done a great job.It is heavier than I anticipated. Not tried the chainsaw yet, would have been handy to include an Alan key to assemble. Would recommend.
