I bought this card because I wanted decent power options without having to pay the higher prices of the more "top end" boards. Looks good and feels very solid when installing, I wasn't worried when putting in my graphics card like i was with my last motherboard.There are plenty of Bios options that I won't use just yet, but will love to play around when I've had the system for a while. I'm skinny and these sausages are so THICC?!?) and just did it like a normal human being... by plugging the cables in without it...The ram slots are "reinforced"... Idk why. Someone their customer service dealt with in the past was smart enough to tear them out from a motherboard when servicing ram at home? Is that something that happened in real life? Dayum... man's be stronk not smert sometimes...It comes with a nice cup coaster. It even has a brand name, something something DVD? Idk why but it has a little hole in the middle.It has pretty debug lights, too bad they only light up when something in your system is messed up, oh well, can't have it all am I right?It even has additional voltage rails for you to attach your non existent pro hardcore gamer tag overclocking devices into.I like this motherboard, is it worth the price? Yes if you need everything this mobo has to offer and nothing less. You don't need 1 or two things? There is plenty of space for the cooler and the 3700x Idles at 34 deg (ish). I like the board, but I do think that it is overpriced - as all of the x570 boards are.

I bought this motherboard along with a Ryzen 5800x and 32GB G.Skill Trident Z 3600MHz DDR4. The motherboard is very well engineered with a good solid build quality. I had to update the bios using the Q-Flash plus system from a USB stick, this worked flawlessly. The ram was detected under the XMP profile and works without issue at 3600Mhz. I installed Windows 10 and all relevant drivers from the Gigabyte website, again without issue. I'm using one of the new Gen 4 SSD and as a package its so fast load programs, Gigabyte even provided the tiny screws to keep the SSD in place.This is the first big upgrade I have done for several years, coming from an Ivy bridge i7-3770k the difference is remarkable, it is so much faster to boot into Windows, I can run Office Apps, a ... For a bit of context I was probably one of the first people to buy this board as I furiously refreshed newegg at 4AM waiting for the x570 boards to be listed. As soon as I received the board I noticed there was a small scratch on the top heat sink under the shrink wrap. I also only received 3 SATA cables even though the manual said there should be 4 in the box. Both of these things are pretty odd for a "new" board. Things got weirder when I put everything together and tried to install windows. I ended up blue screening over and over during the installation. I thought it might be that I needed to wait for new bios versions to be released and so I did... In the end that didn't help and I became too busy to send it back due to work. I've already tried updating all the drivers, I've switched out the graphics card, RAM, and storage. In the end I can only conclude it's a bad motherboard. So I've finally started a RMA and shipped back the board today which was probably the best part about this situation so far since I'M the one that had to pay to have my "NEW" defective product replaced. If I get sent back a refurbished board after I paid for a new one when I could have just bought an Asus board and saved myself the hassle I'm going to be pretty triggered. I'll probably update my review after the RMA process finishes.

From reading Reddit, other manufacturers have not been so responsive.* After a BIOS update, I was able to set the chipset fan on silent to reduce noise and prolong life. Chipset runs quite cool on silent - currently at 65C from chipset sensor and 51C from ITE IT8688E sensor. Fan is silent/quiet.* Good features such as Intel gigabit ethernet, ALC1220 audio with digital SPDIF out, etc.. no cheap problematic components. It feels like Gigabyte haven't cut any corners here.* Loads of USB ports and USB headers - more than you should need.* Haven't tried much overclocking yet, apart from RAM and it was quite easy and configurable.* All in all, it's a good quality product, but a little expensive. Although it is competitive looking at the price of other X570 boards with similar features.Such power delivery may not be necessary for my 3700X, but bearing in mind that Ryzen 3rd gen is probably the last in the line of AM4 socket, I can see myself upgrading to a 3950X in the future. This board should be able to take it no problem.The features on the Auros Pro were enough for me. There are more expensive boards with a lot more features and better power delivery but my advice would be to work out what you need and buy the appropriate board for your needs. Don't go "overboard".In summary, I've very satisfied with the motherboard. Inevitably, there were going to be issues with Ryzen 3 on release but Gigabyte (so far) have been very responsive with BIOS updates. I think it's been a good purchase since I've had virtually no issues.

I didn't even do a fresh install of Windows 10, just migrated the whole NVMe and everything worked smoothly. It can max boost to 4.3Ghz on all cores no probs. I don't dabble with OC because I am not a prosumer*. Nevertheless, the reason I'm giving this board a four star is because it has a waking-up-from sleep issue, and a host of other people have the same problem. It won't boot up from sleep, so it will flash and then shut down (uhm no thanks). I've tried to find ways to fix this but apparently people with the Gigabyte X570 boards have no better solutions either. So aside ... MoreThe board performs as it should. I bought this junk to do a new PC build, with a new case, processor (AMD Ryzen 5 2600), RAM, power supply, etc. Took a bit of time to collect all of the different parts, so about 6 weeks after getting the mobo in started the build and it wont POST. Theres a red diagnostic light for the CPU. Pulled the CPU out and confirmed no bend/broken pins and hooked up right with the fan. Power gets to it, RAM lights up and processor fans spins, but not engaging the CPU. Reset BIOS battery, RAM configuration, etc, to no avail. Google check shows this mobo is notoriously unstable and multiple users have had the same issue, pointing back to the mobo and cheap capacitors/tech. I've been using this board with AMD Ryzen 3700X and 16 Gigs RAM (2x8 sticks, 3600 MHz, CL16) for several months now. Initially had put the two RAM sticks in slots 1 and 3. Although this is not made clear in the documentation, DO NOT DO THIS. Put the RAM in slots 2 and 4. Also, I found that I was using a keyboard with known issues when trying to edit system BIOS settings. Switched to a different keyboard to choose default BIOS settings and update the BIOS to a slightly more recent one. (Both keyboards work fine within Windows 10 itself.) With those two changes, the board has been very stable, no issues that I know of. I've updated the BIOS several times since, using Gigabyte's @BIOS utility and that has worked very well. Wifi is fast, with low latency. The on-board ... MoreI've been using this board with AMD Ryzen 3700X and 16 Gigs RAM (2x8 sticks, 3600 MHz, CL16) for several months now. Initially had put the two RAM sticks in slots 1 and 3. Although this is not made clear in the documentation, DO NOT DO THIS. Put the RAM in slots 2 and 4. Also, I found that I was using a keyboard with known issues when trying to edit system BIOS settings. Switched to a different keyboard to choose default BIOS settings and update the BIOS to a slightly more recent one. (Both keyboards work fine within Windows 10 itself.) With those two changes, the board has been very stable, no issues that I know of. I've updated the BIOS several times since, using Gigabyte's @BIOS utility and that has worked very well. Wifi is fast, with low latency. The on-board sound (and I'm more picky than some about sound) is so good that I never bothered installing the PCI sound card from the old system. Very pleased with this purchase so far. I will try to update this review if any problems surface.
I had ran into several low voltage issues prior to the f35b BIOs resulting in bSOD errors. Gigabyte support was not helpful at all and their service portal is in a dire need of an update to allow for ongoing dialogs with the support agent. I am taking off a Star for the poor support experience. The motherboard was purchased as part of a shuffle bundle with a GPU. I had buyers remorse with it for months do to those errors; however, those are issues are thankfully now a thing of the past and it has been extremely stable with the new bios (zero crashes). The board has overall good features. It would not be my first pick for his price range. A few things would make it a much better value: A 3rd m.2 slot instead of having only 2. Better automatic fan tuning and curves ( they are far too aggressive on the ramp up and down by default). 2.5 or 10 gb Ethernet. Not a huge deal for most, but would like to squeeze a potential extra 200mbs off my modem. I dont fully recommend the board for the price, but if it comes up in a bundle you should no longer have to worry about BSOD for voltage issues. You will have a usable product that will handle high cpu boosts with no trouble.
