Both cats loved it when I gave it to them and seemed somewhat stoned after an hour. But haven't shown any real interest in it again so I'm left wondering if the catnip only lasts a short while or they're sick of it.
My 14 year old cat goes crazy with this. Loves his playtime.
My cats absolutely love it, it is is constant use.
Bought this for our 11 and 1/2 month old kitten as he loves mouse toys, however he's not a huge fan of anything that doesn't jingle or shake, his has the pocket in it so I placed a jingly mouse inside the pocket with the catnip thinking he would play with it. He liked it for a whole minute.
After initial suspicions, my cat took to this toy like the proverbial fish to water. He plays and plays with it, chucking it around like a real mouse. Unfortunately, this toy is prone to lose its tail! I think my cat swallowed the tail - so far it hasn't caused any issues, but still keeping an eye on him. You may like to cut it off before your cat chews it off and devours it.
My cats love throwing this mouse around and although didn't go crazy for the catnip, I do see them having an extra sniff of it sometimes!! Either way keeps them occupied!
Bought a lot of toys to keep my cat entertained, but this would have to be the best (and cheapest!). Comes with 3 small pouches of catnip to put inside mouse. My cat loves it! Unfortunately looks like a real mouse (!) but other than that, would highly recommend.
