I don't like the price of these razors. I just can't see paying that much for something I'm going to throw away and continue to buy. Although the quality is AMAZING! When my guy had this I would always use one razor because it was just a great smooth easy shave that covered every inch of my skin with great agility and never missed a hair and left my skin feeling moist and smooth 🙃

I am a girl and these are the ONLY razors I use. Hands down the best razors out there. I have tried a ton of razors. All the girly kinds are ok for my legs and underarms. But I will not shave my bikini area with anything other than Mach 3. Never any razor burn with them and the cleanest closest shave you can get!

Best razor I've ever used

I've been using the Mach 3 razor for more years than I can remember. I didn't know until recently that I could buy the blades for it online directly from Gillette. I can get them here for a much more fair price than I could find in store. Many stores have been out of stock or offered some kind of 3 blades or less packs for 12-15 dollars. When I need more blades I'll always come here and buy them.I only shave about once a week so these blades will last for long time. I know Gillette wants to sell them to me monthly but I won't need to replace them that frequently. It's good to know I can still find the blades for this Razor, it's been out for a couple of decades now. Wow, I'm getting old.

Confused

Difficult online to select correct blades for razor. Blades supplied do not fit my razor. Problems with returns. Expensive mistake. Supermarket probably easier to select correct blades. Otherwise Gillette blades should be designed to fit razor of choice.

Gillette claims

Feel I should say that your claims of 15 shaves for one blade are little bit optimistic. I have used Gillette for 50yrs from the times of the old flat blade. I struggle to get a weeks shaves out of a cartridge. They don’t clean out easily under running water as they clog up for someone with thick hair growth

Gives a very close and comfortable shave that lasts me two days

I have been using the Gillette Sensor Excel razor for many years. Recently the shave wasn't as smooth even with new refill blades so I decided to try another razor type to see if I got better results. And I found the Mach3 razor to be much sharper and gave a much closer shave than the Sensor Excel razor. In fact, after 8 hours my face still had a closer shave than a fresh shave using the Sensor Excel did. There is a bit of a learning curve if you are used to a central pivot point on the razor head since the Mach3 razor head pivot point is offset somewhat. So my first shave I was being cautious around and under the chin which resulted in some missed spots. Memories. I used Gillette Mach3 when 1st sold ages ago, a replacement for my Military Safety Razor. With a tighter younger face, I was so impressed I continued enjoying a first class shave daily for eons, never an issue or cut.Lost my Mach 3 years ago & using all sorts since suffering with my aging changing face & cuts nearly daily.I tried Gillette Mach style disposables, but would rather grow a beard as I had done over last 3 years than suffer nicks & poor performance.Now given a sweet Mach 3 again, it was 99% as good as day one many years ago. Smooth, clean & after 10 daily shaves on the same blade, no nicks or cuts, it feels comfortable but I must allow a drop of 10% for the aged skin tightness. Terrible shave

I bought these out of desperation as I forgot to pack my razor. First i was shocked by the price. My usual safety razor blades cost 5p a blade! The quality of shave is even more shocking, these things struggle to cut through a three day growth, it feels more like I am ripping the hair out my face as opposed to shaving. Seems you pay a lot more for so called convenience.

The package has Mach 3 on the product is not of that description,

Having been a user ofMach 3 blades for many years and always found them to give a close shave Ifound the purchased product although baring the brand name did not compare with previous buys!. the packaging was written and intended for a sale abroad. on close examination the blade differed from my buys at local stores, where all wording was in english., suggesting made by a different company, hence the much better blade. Although the purchased buy appears identical to previous buys it does not give the same close shave.
