Tahaa is my husband’s favourite candle so I was very excited to try the perfume version and it did not disappoint either of us. It is rich, sweet and gourmand, it smells very similar to the candle. This fragrance lingers all day and has fantastic silage. It smells of salted caramel and is warm and romantic. Great for winter. If someone in your life absolutely loves the Tahaa candle then you can’t go wrong gifting them this fragrance or wearing it in their presence. On first spray it doesn’t smell exactly the same as the candle but once it settles into your skin the scent is very similar. My husband loved it on me. Not too overpowering but lingers on the skin. Very beautiful packaging and great quality for the price.

I’ve worn this for a week to give a proper review, if you want to smell like the candle, this is not it. Take note that this scent was inspired and not exactly made like the candle, however, I feel like it lacks the “gourmand†component, instead it’s more of a musky, a little sweet and slightly woody fragrance. I do get where the ‘plastic’ scent is picked up from. It is nice, I do highly suggest that you try a sample before buying the full bottle (like I did). The dry down is okay, it smells a little artificial but there are some slight vanilla / butterscotch notes that whiff by here and there. Over all, it can be a good signature scent, it’s quite clean in some ways, but if you’re looking for more of a gourmand scent then I do suggest trying their ... I was gifted the Devotion but unfortunately it is not my preference in fragrance scents. If you love the smell of butterscotch, you will love this perfume. In saying that though, Glasshouse has done an extremely great job in the formula to keep the scents long lasting on my skin. I would recommend to use this scent on a special occasion as it is quite strong. I've also got samples on other scents and i absolutely adore Wild Peonies & Lily and Kyoto In Bloom - they smell sophisticated and fresh - great for every day uses - would definitely add those 2 scents to my collection. Overall, highly recommended Glasshouse fragrances as it is ... I love this fragrance so much however, I think not as much as my hubby loves smelling it on me. :)It has such a delectable and luscious smell to it that is so addictive! It is definitely a scent good enough to eat haha!I might say that this fragrance is great for cooler days when you want to cuddle but I love this fragrance so much that I can wear everyday especially so on date nights.I would highly recommend this product to those who love jasmine, caramel, coconut and cedarwood combined together! If you are someone who wants to delve into gourmand fragrances, this is a great one to try!Is it worth the splurge? YES!
I have been loving drenching myself in this fragrance. It's described as a vanilla caramel and I can attest to that sweet description. I'm more of a sweet scented girl and this is absolutely perfect for me.Its fragrant is soft in nature so it's not too overpowering but you can definitely smell it's deliciousness and the long lasting effectiveness.This fragrance has notes of sea salt, jasmine sambac, caramel butterscotch and cedarwood. I would highly recommend it for anyone interested in those combined scents and love something really sweet in their everyday fragrance.I definitely think this is worth the splurge because I literally smell like a walking candle and that is all I've ever wanted in life.
This fragrance just smells absolutely yummy, it reminded me of cookies, caramel and butterscotch cookies to be exact. Once the fragrance blends in with into skin it turns into a more subtle smell, still very sweet but in my opinion subtle. It’s not my cup of tea as I tend to lean towards more vanilla/tonka notes. But if you love sweet smells you’ll love this one. One thing I know for sure is the smell definitely grows on you. At first you’d think it’s way too sweet/strong but after awhile I actually really liked how it wore. If you’re interested I’d definitely tell you to get a tester first and see how you go. As always glass house fragrances last so long on skin + clothes and this one is no different
I have the matching Glasshouse candle in this scent and was so excited to get my hands on this in perfume form! It’s such a sweet and exotic scent with hints of vanilla, caramel, coconut and spice that reminds me of travels through Asia. Personally it is a little too sweet for me, but great for someone wanting a girly, romantic and fruity scent.The packaging is luxurious and beautiful for gifting and showing off on your bedside. I struggle with perfumes that leave my with migraines, this was incredible. Strong and lasted ALL day, but not overpowering! A beautiful scent that is the perfect combination of earthy and woody with a touch of floral. Absolutely add to cart, so excited that I can smell as good as my home does!

I find all 4 fragrances from Glasshouse more house scents, like their candles. Even though I like 2 (Kyoto and this one) I would not wear them out as a fragrance, night or day or as a signature. They are all ambience home fragrances. And I would not wear them on me. Just like candle scents, I would leave them just as ambience fragrances. These do not give me "edp" quality and ... Such lovely packaging, can attract the buyers by the look and then their sweet flowery smell. That touch of vanilla orchid is the best touch. I am a person who loves sometimes sweet and hard perfume but this is a perfect blend of fragrances. Some people will not like it because of their different preferences but I loved it. I smelled it again, now realising the butterscotch presence is amazing as well. And the staying power is a game-changer, literally it was on my clothes for more than 1 day, isn't that's amazing. Also if someone wants to gift perfume to anyone this is the one for you. Overall I loved this perfume. I'm gonna buy it again once done with this. It is worth buying.
