GME being the best brand in market, I wanted to get not only the brand but the best that brand has to offer. I had to source a few brackets from here and there but I'm glad I made thebrighy choice. Plus almost $200 off from repco sale made the purchase even worthwhile.
As I do use many kinds of CB Radios this one stands out the best, picks up more then Uniden etc.
Great build quality and performance. Sleek style with lots of accessories and features. Really enjoying the purchase.
Ran the cables. Plugged it in. Works awesome straight up. Easy to install. Easy to link to Bluetooth. So far its been awesome. I havent had a chance to range test it yet, but it certainly does pick up heaps of chatter that has to be KMs away from me.
Easy kit to put together. Installed on a Jeep Wrangler 4D JL with aerial on tailgate bracket - aerial cable got as far as the front passenger seat so had to mount there - not enough cable to run to footwell of front passenger to hide away behind glove box etc
The best of the best. You wont find a better one. But wait for it to be on special. 700 bux is a bit steep
Product is excellent but very pricey that fact that afterpay was certainly the deciding factor the mark up on cost is outrageous and yes I am fully aware of the cost as my work sells them to us at cost and the difference is huge
