I bought 2 of these, really easy to program and write through the use of the XRS app. Very easy to use and love bing able to reduce to 1 Watt so they can be used without transmitting very far

Bought for my husband and he was sceptical as always had the main unit and hand peice. He has be pleasantly surprised. Can do everything the others do but with a coloured screen. He gets 3 days out of one charge.
Works like normal UHF radio do that is OK. The Bluetooth connection to my helmet headset (Sena) will not permit any other connections (eg phone). Reached out to GME support for assistance and zero response. I have reverted to my old Icom radio with Sena SR10 interface which is bulky but works perfectly
Do not buy this model if you need to charge it in your vehicle. GME do not make a 12v DC car lead for this model. It does not include any accessories at all. Separate mic/speaker, earpiece/mic are expensive extras.Quality, sound and range are pretty good.
Kudos to GME for the release of the xrs-660 UHF CB Radio released on the 1st of February 2024. This now matches the xrs-330c that's mounted in my car. Not a cheap radio at $549 but REPCO have it out for $499 as a new item special. Now the radio is MADE IN AUSTRALIA very high quality to Military standard. I love the general reciever 403-520mhz but analog only. The 80 channels cb reciever is slightly deaf compared to a $50 Chinese brand tx/rx radio but has fantastic noise filtering so the background his hardly exists. Maximum power suppose to be 5 watts but the highest pw I got was 3.7 watts. Maybe my test equipment is a bit out? Another con is no usb-c charging, a shame as usb-c is becoming a standard.
