Great product that keeps my tummy stable. I really notice if I run out, after a few days my tummy doesn’t feel so good. Will continue to take longterm.

My go to probiotic

I have this ever day, it keeps me regular and my gut health feels so much better. I did try some other probiotic products in way of powders, liquids etc... But this is in my opinion the only one that is consistent with the results.

Not sure if this is a good probiotic

I didn't think this Probiotic was as effective as my other one I had used prior. It is a bit hard to judge when I don't have any clinical evidence for that but I had felt really good on the other brand which I had used for over a year. I perservered but felt myself slipping in energy and general wellbeing. I'm going to go back to the other brand and see how I go. 75 billion probiotics should be good but are they all really effective? Not sure
