Go Healthy: Go Magnesium Sleep (60 Capsules)

These things literally changed my life. I suffer from insomnia periodically as well as bipolar so often struggle to get to sleep, or when I slept it was difficult to stay asleep. Since I started taking these I sleep 8 hours a night and have quite vivid dreams. Also improves my mood significantly. Better than sleeping pills from the doctor :)

Greay product. Use it every night to help me sleep. Easy to swallow capsules. Bigger bottle size makes it lore economical. Would recommend and will buy again.

A Surprise Result

Over the years I have tried many different natural remedies for sleep, and probably most of those available on HealthPost. So it is with some anticipated "let-down" that I try yet another product.In the case of GO Healthy Magnesium Sleep, what persuaded me to try it were the many positive reviews.Well, I have to say I'm very impressed, from the very first night of using it. I go to sleep virtually immediately, I'm staying asleep at least hour longer than before and have less restlessness during the night.As a result of the above I will be staying with this product as a satisfied customer.

This product has revolutionised my sleep hygiene. My daughter is a naturopath and advised me to get onto this and I am so thrilled with the result. I am able to get to sleep more easily and from having woken countless times during the night I now may not even wake till about 6 am! Highly recommended.

My sleeps been a lot better since taking this. I get to sleep quicker after taking it an hour before bed. Still wake through the night or have a sleepless night sometimes though. All up sleeping most nights and with fibromyalgia that's a hard find. Bigger bottle of 120 will be 2 months instead of 1 with the smaller 60's bottle. Cheaper way to do it in the longer term. I recently discovered this product while living in New Zealand for 12 months recently. I have also got my mother and my son to use it who both benefit from it as well. I love the fact that it is New Zealand made and good quality ingredients. Thank you.

These work well for a better night sleep, so long as I am not over anxious. They are not strong enough to stop some symptoms when I am going through a bout of insomnia but when other ducks are on a row, they certainly help with that lovely floaty feeling of relaxation.I have also been known to open the capsules and mix with a bit of flavoured yoghurt as large capsules are a struggle to swallow during high anxiety for me.

No difference at all

I feel absolutely no different taking this. On second bottle. I think it gets lost in day digestion. Much prefer the oil that I rub into my skin. I feel the effects immediately.

Pleasantly surprised

Bought this for my husband's restlessness and sleep. It really helped relax him. I was not expecting such a dramatic improvement! He can now relax and not feel so jumpy.

Wow, what an amazing product. I started taking this on the advice of my naturopath daughter, in combination with a magnesium hi-zorb pill which contains magnesium glycinate (in the morning). What a difference to my sleep pattern which had become very disrupted. I highly recommend it to anyone suffering from the same thing. Not every night is perfect (I am 66 after all!) but most are so much better.
