Google Pixel Slate Tablet (i5, 128GB/8GB, Global Version) Midnight Blue [Refurbished] - Excellent

I gave this product a chance even after all the criticism, and very glad I did. It did not disappoint. Not to take away from the negative experience of early buyers, but this tablet has had a number of updates that have fixed most (if not all) the issues from when this product was first launched. This tablet has a fantastic display & surprisingly good speakers. For those new to Chrome OS, there is a short learning curve. Office 365 is available online, as well as their mobile app counterparts. All the Android apps are available too, although some work better than others in terms of adjusting to a bigger screen. I'd say the price is a little steep for tablet, but that has been overshadowed by a great experience.

I was incredibly excited to get the product, a d at the current sale of getting a keyboard and pen for free with it. I have (had) the i5 version. I was let down by the lag I kept experiencing, as well as crashing apps and freezing screen within the first 5 hours. Sometimes I couldn't open the system settings. THE SYSTEM SETTINGS PEOPLE! It was downhill from there. I noticed the lag and looked further into the system specs, old flash memory system and an outdated storage memory system. Later, I tried to install a Google program called Lens.... But couldn't get it to work because the google services couldn't be updated because they have already stopped supporting this product. I'm sure there are more issues, but I've given up on it already. Look elsewhere for a tablet

I've had this for about 4 weeks, and it has so many problems. It often crashes/turns off and won't turn back on without a hard reset. It also will freeze and/or not load pages. For example I tried opening my documents page (not even connected to the internet) and it just wouldn't load or show anything until I reset the computer. I find myself resetting my tablet for issues like this multiple times a day. I don't use it for intense processing, just watching movies, browsing facebook/linked in, applying for jobs etc. but it can't even do that. It usually doesn't open the netflix app when I want it to. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
