I needed an upgrade to my gt 1030 that could also fit a thin case without upgrading the power supply. I have this paired with a i3 6100 and pcie 3.0 and i wanted to get 1080p 60 fps. It does much better than i thought just tweak settings for lower memory as that seems to be the biggest restriction. Otherwise i love this little card.

AMD did a great job with this graphics processor and the performance it is able to offer with such little cooling and power needs. Sapphire designed this one very well!

I bought this card in order to put it into a Dell Optiplex 7060 SFF for my sister to use. Im still sorta new to building PCs, seeing as this is only the second PC Ive built, after my own. But man, I was blown away by the performance this card offers. Im really into flight games, so I tested Ace Combat 7 and Project Wingman on this PC. The RX 6400 in this case is paired with an i7-8700 and 32 GB of 2666 MHz DDR4. With these specs, Ace Combat 7 and Project Wingman run brilliantly on the highest settings. Almost as well as they do on my own PC in fact, which has a 10850K, 64 GB of 3600 MHz DDR4, and an RX 6600. If youre looking to get into PC gaming on a budget, this card and a used Dell Optiplex are an amazing combo for 1080p gaming. If youre looking to get into PC gaming on a budget, this card and a used Dell Optiplex are an amazing combo for 1080p gaming. Its a single slot card, meaning that it will fit into more computers than the low profile GTX 1650. Speaking of which, it offers similar performance to the 1650 on PCIe 3.0, while only drawing 53 watts to the 1650s 75 watts. Its also much cheaper than the 1650s have been selling for as of late. Now, this being a 4GB card, dont expect to play Cyberpunk 2077 on ultra settings. It also lacks encoding, which will be a bit of an issue for streamers, but if your CPU has encoding youll probably be fine. This is also a PCIe 4.0 card, so it will take a performance hit on PCIe 3.0 motherboards. But its not that big a performance hit. All in all though, this is an amazing card to use if youre new to building PCs and/or youre on a budget. One more thing to note: apparently the Sapphire Pulse version of the 6400 (this one) has better cooling than the XFX Speedster version. Keep that in mind when choosing which model to get
I needed a low profile single slot GPU for a Dell Optiplex for light gaming and this definitely fits the bill. Easy to install and once the drivers were downloaded and installed it was up and running. It can handle 1080p easily in the older AAA games I usually play. Very pleased with it so far
Great board for those who want to play triple AAA games at decent frames and don't want to break the bank!
Came with low and full size bracket. Pushes QHD video for office use where the onboard was not able to keep up.
