The Green Life soft grip frying pans are amazing! I love the pink pearl finish to these pans, the color is beautiful. The inside of the pan is like a cream pearl non stick surface. The pans heat up really well and holds the heat. It surprised me how fast they heat up and warm they will stay. The best temperature for the pans is to stay at a medium to low heat. If the temperature gets up to high the pan will get way to hot. When they say these pans are non stick they mean it! We have tried a little bit of everything in these pans and nothing sticks!! You barley need to use any oil or butter unless you are using it to add flavor because nothing sticks. I just want to say that I have this set in pink. I was sceptical because every non stick pan I've ever owned did not perform like it was advertised to after owning for a few months. Well I took a chance on these because they are a healthy pan and advertised as non stick, and let me tell you these are the best pans I've ever owned. I've probably had them about 6 months and they still look like new. I have a glass oven cooktop, and I make sure to never have the heat higher than medium like the directions say. I also use nothing but butter in my pans. No sprays or oils, only butter. This is very important. So every time I cook anything I'll put in a pat of butter and that keeps the food from sticking. I cook scrambled eggs mostly and they always slide right out. I don't even need to wash the pan if I don't want to. I can just get a paper towel and wipe it out right after cooking. I do like to keep the bottom of the pan washed though, I don't want it to get discolored and start getting gross. If you follow what I do, you'll love these pans, no regrets!

Nicely made, long time nonstick if treated well. One thing to consider: these pans don't come with lids. I had 10" and 7" lids from previous buys so planned to use them when needed.. Actually, these pans are 10.5" and 7.5" so lids won't work, too small. You might want to shop pans with lids.
