It is incredibly difficult to flip an egg without breaking the yolk due to the sticking. I’ve had much cheaper ceramic pans last longer with less careful treatment. I will continue to use these pans - they are so very pretty and rich feeling - but my next set of pans will not be in this price range.

They have a nice solid feel and are balanced pretty well.They transfer heat surprisingly well! The directions say that you should keep the heat lower than what you would normally use and they mean it!I had the pan pre-heating on the medium heat setting and coconut oil began to smoke! It was hot enough at that setting that scrambled eggs began to pop in the pan!Clean up by hand does seem pretty easy, though I haven't tried putting them in the dishwasher yet.I'm pretty satisfied with the pans, however there is one minor thing I wish was different. I really wish the sides of the pans came up a little higher. The sides of the pans seem a little shallow to me and I'm sure this is a matter of personal preference, I would definitely recommend putting a splatter ... Nothing could be further from the truth. After the very first use on a standard electric coil stovetop, the bottoms of the sauce and sauté pans were scorched and scratched in multiple areas. Even with using the silicone spatulas that came with the 16 piece set, the pan suface and rims would scratch and chip. I am also very gentle with cookware--most things in general--so, I was surprised that my delicate manner of using these pans resulted in such an incredible amount of scratching and chipping after just one single use. The food cooked ok, evenly, and the non-stick surfaces worked well. ... I had been wanting these pans for a while. They are just like I had imagined. The lighter non-stick ceramic surface is so smooth and healthy to use. The pan is so easy to clean as it says. I used it with tomato sauce the other day though and you might have to be careful not to let that stain by washing it out immediately after use. Otherwise everything else was cleaned totally well. I like this color, it is not too bold and the handle of gold is elegant looking. Two sizes for two different types of meals is wonderful. There is healthiness written all over these, literally. These pans have no PFA, PFOA, Lead or Cadmium in them so you are safe from those things. It makes me feel at ease to use these for reasons like that. Plus, they are the LIMITED EDITION Blush so ... MoreI had been wanting these pans for a while. They are just like I had imagined. The lighter non-stick ceramic surface is so smooth and healthy to use. The pan is so easy to clean as it says. I used it with tomato sauce the other day though and you might have to be careful not to let that stain by washing it out immediately after use. Otherwise everything else was cleaned totally well. I like this color, it is not too bold and the handle of gold is elegant looking. Two sizes for two different types of meals is wonderful. There is healthiness written all over these, literally. These pans have no PFA, PFOA, Lead or Cadmium in them so you are safe from those things. It makes me feel at ease to use these for reasons like that.
