It’s a good size, the finish is preferred because it does not emit harmful chemicals. The small base allows me to cook on a smaller jet to control the food items that need more heat. It is so versatile - besides being a wok, you can put the entire pan in the oven. I hand wash all my Green Pan products to preserve them.

Well when I got my GreenPan Chatham open Wok I was leary of it's claims. It said most advanced non stick , you can use metal utensils, dishwasher safe, less oil. Well I've heard it before. So I have tried them all. Broiled steak and bake veggies in the oven and it was great. I used metal utensils, no scratches at all. I made a Quesadilla in it. Yes I know it's a Wok but it worked. I made fried rice, and all kinds of stir fry. It was a dream. It heated quickly and evenly and that is exactly what you want. You really could use less oil. It cleans easily and did well in the dishwasher. I will reach for this pan first and will enthusiastically recommend it to friends and family. I will buy it as a gifts. I will look for more GreenPan products.

Unintentionally used to fry chicken the first time I've used it. It did not disappoint! I got it on sale and my wife was upset since I have other pans in the same style but this was my first green pan and I love it. It didn't come with a lid but I was happily surprised when I tried a glass lid from another pot I used the day before and had in the dish drainer and it fit perfectly.
I have had Greenpan products before. This wok is an excellent all around pan, especially for people who don't have the strength to handle heavier pans. It's light, definitely no stick and just pretty to look at. I wish it came with a cover, but no biggie as I can use another pot to cover it when I need to. I bought this to replace my old wok. In time it lost its non-stick properties. So far so good. I love this for anything from sauteing spinach to making a quick chili! I do add a small amount of oil for flavor only as you don't need it for cooking.
I would like to start off by saying that I love this product!!! I live in a household with 5 people and we cook quite a lot so normal pans don’t really work for me. This on the other hand is amazing because I get to cook a lot and it’s super delicious! It’s size is really convenient if you plan on cooking a lot more. I also love that it’s super easy to clean. I found nothing wrong with this! I also love how it looks since it matches with any color of your kitchen. Not only that, but it also was super easy to cook on! I would definitely recommend to someone who cooks a lot or just wants something bigger to cook in. My mom and I both made chicken and we are planning on buying another one of these just because of how awesome they are!
this is my first time buy this brand. I checked review before I buy. I would like to say this wok is a top quarlity. 11 inch just a perfect size. Very convenient to use. I will continiue buy a same one. I give five star plus.
I bought a wok for myself and a frypan for my daughter. We both wanted to ditch our old Teflon pans and 'go green', chemical-free. She uses hers for her family's omelettes and I use mine for...everything! I use a bit of olive oil, which I always use, and keep it on medium low heat, which prevents burning lots of food like I used to do much of the time.Plus the sale prices were excellent - I plan on buying another at a future sale. I know it's so much healthier to cook this way and cleanup is super easy.
I love this green pan, Chatham open Wok 11" . It works amazing. I cooked a family meal an nothing sticks. Definitely buying green pans for all my cooking needs. Absolutely love the brand. And it is very easy to clean once done. The food does not stick to it so it makes for easy cleaning.
This pan was a little smaller than I imagined, but upon using it it works well for me. My husband and I diet and this makes a perfect 2 portions in my recipes without additional oil. The non-stick works well after a month. I recommend following the directions for use. I don't use it at higher temperatures. It's yellowed slightly but maybe I let it get too hot? For now I am very happy with this pan and the price point!!
