I receive these GP5 stainless on 10 inch and 12 inch to Tryon review. I have to say these are the best pans I have ever used in my entire life! They are extremely durable, very beautiful stainless steel. The cool to the touch handle makes it easy and convenient for using without having to worry about burning your hand. Our first set of Green Pan cookware (the pans we use the most) are wearing out mostly due to us not taking care of them as well as we should. We’ve had them for more than 8 years. Having owned allot of different brands of non stick these Green Pan are by far the best. Durable, safe, nice feel in hand, excellent non stick surface. We’re now just purchased 3 more skillets in the GP5 iteration and i can see all the engineering improvements. I expect these pans will last even longer than our first set. As long as Green Pan keeps innovating and improving and doesn’t let their success ultimately end up in poorer quality products secondary to wanting increased profits (something that happens all the time in this day and age) we are customers for life.

The nonstick coating is so smooth and so soft, that I had no issues with any food sticking to the pan. The pan heats up evenly around the pan. I didn't even have to use as much oil for cooking. I followed the precise instructions from the saleswoman @ Williams Sonoma about heating slowly, only use GreenPan's spatula, no dishwasher, and no stacking. Have had pan for less than 2 years, and chipping occurred. Could not find receipt, and WS said they do not keep records of my purchases (odd, since they have me in their system when I purchase things) . Contacted GreenPan (via email) about chipping, the reply was "Chipping is a natural occurrence with Ceramic Non-stick", etc., etc.. I have to admit that these are well built and durable pans. They have some weight to them and take beating. We have a gas stovetop and, to me, those type of grates ruin pots and pans underside. Oh but not these. I'm not in the loop with the technical side of the nonstick coating but can attest to the hype. We believe that these will last a very long time, they absolutely perform better, and we love the higher sides. We can cook bigger meals in one pan to satisfy our family of six. I purchased these pans in April of 2023 and began using them in May. By December there were chips all around the rim of the 10" frying pan as well as discoloration on the bottom of the pans. I have treated these pans more gently than any pans I have previously owned due to the significant investment. I use half heat on the burners as recommended, always place them on the pan separators that were provided. I reached out to customer support who reported this is normal wear and tear and they could not provide a replacement. They are good looking pans but not at all worth what they cost, especially with how gently you're supposed to treat them and they still fall apart.

I loved these pans for the first two months. After that, everything stuck to them no matter what I did. I followed the care instructions exactly as directed. I also did everything suggested to clean them to resolve the sticking and nothing worked. The coating also started peeling off at the edges of the pans. I reached out to customer service to request a refund but was denied. All they would do was replace the pans as a refund after 60 days was against their policies. It seems obvious to me that the company does not stand behind their products with that kind of policy if I could give these pans 0 stars I would. I have had much better experience with $10 pans from Walmart.
