I find this perfume to be very underwhelming. The individual scents meld together to form a general warm floral scent and it's hard to identify specific notes which makes it quite boring to me since I like more dynamic perfumes. It doesn't last very long on me either; I get 2 to 5 hours depending on whether I'm wearing clothing that rubs it off of me. It is very strong upon first application, and you do get a nice cloud of perfume around you, but it fades fairly quickly. I actually like it a lot better after an hour when a lot of the base notes die down and I can smell more of the florals. This is a heavier type of perfume, so it is better suited for more mature ladies or for wearing in the evenings. When I initially opened the package, the scent of flowers was immediately apparent. It reminded me of the smell when you first walk into Bloomingdale's or Dillard's near the perfume counter. It smells a little like something my grandma would really enjoy. I decided to give it a fair shake though, and I wore it for 3 days in a row. Like other Gucci products I have tried, the scent is long lasting and strong. However, I felt like it made me smell older than I am. The scent seems a little dated to me. A Non-Headache Inducing Floral Scent!

I’m not a huge floral perfume person, but I have been trying to branch out into new scents especially for the spring and summer. So I was really excited to get a sample of the Gucci Bloom Intense. I’ve got to say that I was pretty intimidated to give this a shot because all I could think about was intense flower smells, but I was pleasantly surprised as the light notes of Jasmine Sambac, Tuberose, and Lady of the Night. These join together really nicely to create a light and airy floral scent, rather than something that smacks you in the face. This was definitely a perfume I wouldn’t have picked out for myself, but I ended up reaching for it a ton over the last month, and I could see myself getting a bigger bottle to have on hand for these warmer months. Elegant, long lasting fragrance!

I had a bath and sprayed some on my wrists, behind ears and neck.. the smell is really comforting to me, its soft and smells beautiful. During the day I had to shower a relative and always end up wet and I washed up multiple times - I thought that the perfume would have been washed away but the next day, before showering I could still smell the scent on my wrist! I don't think I've ever had a perfume which lasts so long. It's a beautiful scent, it's not too overpowering which I find some perfumes to be. The title 'intense' lives up to the name. The packaging is beautiful and in keeping with the Gucci Bloom range. The perfume smells very expensive and I received compliments from a few people. Gucci Bloom Intense - Floral, but Warm!

I received this product for free from Influnenster and Gucci for my honest review.I have used Gucci Flora for years and Gucci Bloom Intense was a nice small change. Gucci Bloom Intense came on strong with a floral, yet sweet fragrance. You could definitely notice the Jasmine. After about 30 minutes you could tell the fragrance had settled nicely into a more natural, soft, floral, warm, earthy, scent. I have never heard of Rangoon, but once the fragrance settles I believe this is what is smelled most. It is described as powdery and floral, which definitely would describe what I was smelling after a bit of time with the fragrance on my skin. I haven't tested one of the Bloom flankers in a long time, so I can't comment on these, but I find this Intense to be a totally different beast, in a good way, from the original Bloom.The original was purely a white floral... I found it boring, just like hundreds of other women's perfumes on the market.Intense has much more going on. It starts off as a sweet, fruity floral (which I like) when it's wet. As it dries, a dry coconut shell and a little spiciness arises. There's patchouli in the base, too - not a note I personally love, but it is well blended here. I think the drydown could even be unisex, even though it starts out traditionally feminine.It lasts well, without projecting too strongly. More spicy & fruity than floral

I own the original Bloom and Bloom Profumo di Fiori (yellow bottle) so I fully expected to enjoy this as well but unfortunately, it's not for me.This iteration is noticeably different than the other two, both jasmine forward florals, in that it's quite spicy and fruity, neither of which I like in a fragrance. The (misleading) description only lists jasmine, tuberose and Lady of the Night but these notes are overpowered by the (unmentioned) patchouli, ginger, mandarin orange, coconut and moss notes.
