Guerlain Abeille Royale Daily Repair Serum 50 ml

I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. I’ve always had amazing service from Beauty Affairs and will not buy my beauty products anywhere else

I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

But really I wanted to come here and give thanks and my 5 stars to Beauty Affairs! In this current climate (covid) it’s been tough.... I’m a mum of three with a small baby and a child with special needs who as anyone in NSW would know r home doing school.... shops aren’t open anyway and I have been in real need of a “glow up” Beauty Affairs helped me! They’re very friendly and get back to you straight away (given it is within working hours) the pack it and send it and I honestly receive it the next morning! I’ve never tried or any skincare products from Guerlain before and this is my first time using this serum. As a 41 year old woman I look for products that improve the appearance of large pores, firm and tighten my skin and reduce fine lines and wrinkles. This product has not only improved all of my skin concerns it’s done more. Firstly the packaging is luxurious and classy. The pump dispenser releases enough product to cover my face. I tend to only use one or two pumps for face and neck. Less really is more. It’s a lightweight serum that’s easy to apply and isn’t sticky. It absorbs quickly and has quite a strong fragrance that settles after a few minutes. It instantly leaves my skin glowing and feeling refreshed and revitalised. If you have sensitive skin I’d do a patch test first as some have said this makes them break out. I have normal skin and it didn’t cause me any issues

This is a very pricey serum.... that being said, if it works, then I would gladly pay the hefty price tag. I was gifted this by a friend, and after using the entire bottle, I don't know to be honest. It does moisturize and perhaps does some additional skin benefits like brightening. I wouldn't say that I noticed anything out of the ordinary, but to be fair I use a lot of products. There is a scent, but its not too strong, It looks beautiful in the bottle, but the little spheres get stuck in the pump and if you don't clean the nozzle, it gets clogged and then violently bursts product everywhere. I am not saying its great or that its bad, maybe something to revisit later.

Abeille Royale The top serum

Double Royal Bee. Renew and Repair. advanced serum. I received samples of this serum. The sample is separated into two sides to demonstrate the two phases that are mixed in the palm of our hand. Use apply morning and evening after washing your face. The two mixtures are royal jelly with the other phase honey, squalane, albizia extract, adenosine, rosemary. My impression: I love the soft texture of this serum, intoxicating, moisturizing, which left my skin with an ultra-soft texture. For my luxury product dear !​

I received this luxurious serum as a gift from Influenster but everything that I say about this product is based on my experience and my personal opinion. The serum is very lightweight, it glides smoothly on the skin and it’s not sticky at all. It has a strong perfume fragrance which bothered me the first time I used it because I thought the fragrance might irritate my skin but it didn’t. If strong perfume on your skin bothers you, then you might wanna think twice about buying this one. Although the scent goes away after a few minutes. Anyway, I have been using this for 6 days..the first 3 days I only used it at night and then the following 3 days I used it mornings and nights.
