Thought I’d try this washer after having a different brand but it is nowhere near as good as what I’ve had in the past. I don’t feel as if this washer actually cleans very well at all. Quite often I’ll do things twice because they’ve come out still smelling- particularly notice this on my pillowcases. Also kitchen towels and cloths don’t come out like they’ve been washed well at all. The delicate cycle is not great either. I’m very disappointed

I was surprised at how simple the programming was to select wash mode, temperature and eco/fast options.On the larger load modes it also automatically weighs the load and determines wash duration once started. The machine washes well and is not too noisy, clothes come out clean and without bad creasing. We also have a new 8.0Kg main stream brand machine which takes twice as long and results in very creased clothes on the larger load programs. This Haier 7.5Kg washer uses less water and power but still produces great results.Delivery guys from Good Guys were great, lugging this heavy item up stairs without hesitation.

Super happy with this washing machine. Purchased this a few weeks ago and compared to several other models at a similar price - this one definitely stood out. Absolutely LOVE the "Refresh" program - saves me a lot of money from having to go to the dry cleaner. The machine is quick, efficient and silent - sometimes we forget if it's on - it can definitely be left on at night. The delivery was extremely quick and efficient - the two delivery gents carried it up to flights of stairs and picked up our old washing machine. A seamless process.

For a 10 kg front loader, the overall size of the machine was very surprising, slipped into the narrow spot I had with no problems. The colour is awesome. Washing performance excellent, I have washed a tea towel I thought I would be throwing away because of the stains it had, couldn't get them out with my previous machine (top Loader) but I won't now, came out better than I expected. The machine has a light in the door when you start washing that is great. It turns off when the machine starts its wash, class window is very dark so getting used to not being able to see the machine working was new for me. Love the performance and easy use dial. Really happy with the short wash cycle 15 minutes.
Normally buy the LG 10kg , but they dont have a quick 15 minute cycle. I was staying at a place & the Landlord let me use their Haier 8 kg and I noticed how bright & clean my washing came out for just 15 minutes! I figured its better for the Environment not having a Machine going for 30 minutes & longer, plus less wear & tear on your clothing going around & around The technology is so good these days you really dont normally need long washing cycles. Its only needed after maybe a footy game or getting muddy out in your paddy etc. So Im happy with 15 minutes! I have a King size bed so its the right size for all my bigger bed linen done in one cycle !!

It has a cute melody that plays at the end of the cycle, so if you're in the house and you've forgotten you've put a load on, it will play a tune once it finishes! Great touch. Also, plenty of setting to choose from, which is helpful.Cons - I don't understand why companies need to get 'whiz-bang' and try to be impressive with 'smart' appliances. This machine doesn't actually have an on/off button, it's a sensor - it can be annoying to keep swiping before the sensor picks up that I'm wanting to turn the power on. Love my new washing machine. It is so quiet after my last one. Since it has a plastic soap tray, this will not rust like my last one. The rust went into my wash. Love the music instead of the beeps when it has finished washing. Took a little time to get used to the different functions it can do. Recommend to anyone wanting a new washing machine. Great Service from Ordering to Delivery. Even took the old machine away. Very good and quick service. Delivery the next day after ordering. No rubbish left and the guys were exceptional. Keep up the good work. Will certainly use Appliances on Line again when I need something else.
Lovely machine. Nice and quite. Clothes come out nice, clean and fresh. Easy to use. Easy to set up. Love the way it looks and love how it plays a little melody when the washing is done instead of a couple of beeps. I now always know when the washing is done. I’ve used it for a few weeks now and happy with my choice. Would recommend.
Purchased this washing machine less then 1 week ago. Has the most horrid thumping noise when on. Almost like the drum is uneven or missing a part. I have tried all of the cycles available and Even done and empty load with the same results. Have made sure the washing machine is level, all transport bolts have been removed. Called customer support to see if I could arrange a swap as the machine was not working correctly. Was told we have the right to repair ( that's fair) but no repair or service was available for almost 4 weeks. What am I ment to do for 4 weeks? I will be using the 60day money back guarantee and returning this machine. I was happy to replace it with the same model but was told that was not an option so I will now take my money else where.
Bought 2 wks ago, had 4 washes. You must remove the drum holding bolts AND the plastic lugs holding the bolts otherwise big noise. Overall machine is quiet & good but small drum & can't see 8.5kg in it. Only took 4 to 5 bath towels. Very water efficient because it doesn't fill the drum and basically flops clothes in and out of the water. The quick wash is only good for small light load as uses even less water. Clothes are not as fresh smelling as the old top loader but that was water heavy user. Easy to use once studied instructions. Bought on special so overall good.
