My final complaint is that the included egg trays don't really fit anywhere, there's no specifically designed spot for them and they don't both fit within a single door shelf.

Our fridge alcove limited me in the types of fridge we could purchase that would fit. Haier was one of 2 brands that had the correct size. I'd had a Haier washing machine in the past which was whisper quiet and last 10 years or so, so I purchased this fridge. Great interior space, love the water dispenser- I use that all day long. Incredible energy efficiency. The only gripe I have is that sometimes the compressor sound is apparent. I measured it at 31db, so actually not noisy, just a different sound to my old fridge which I never noticed. This one I notice at times. Used to it now.

Second fridge in three weeks. Having problems with badly fluctuating fridge/freezer temperatures. The first fridge did this directly after installation and Appliances Online swapped this unit out immediately with another fridge of the same model.Unfortunately, the second fridge started doing the same thing approx four days after installation. We stuck with it for a week in the hope it would stabilize but no luck.Contacted Appliances Online again and they have arranged for a technician to call. Unfortunately, the nearest technician is 150k away and cannot attend for two weeks. Will need to fire up the old fridge again in the meantime.Appliances Online were fantastic with their responses and very sympathetic to our issue. Excellent service.
