Hamilton H64455133 Watch - Khaki Field King

This is much more elegant in person than online - perfect watch for what I was looking for. Entry level Hamilton is true swiss timepiece. Truth be told, I'm not getting 80 hours of power reserve, but I would not wear a single wrist piece continuously for that long. 2 days later, still runs in spec., and on the 3rd day, you'll at least have the early morning time - which is astounding for the price of the watch. Few and far between some people have had some latent trouble with the modified eta movement. I can only hope I dodge the bullet there, but that is of course a key reason to buy direct, or at least other AD - warranty you can count on for real defect issue. Good Looking Watch

This watch exceeded my expectations. The finish of the watch and quality seem to rate to other watches I own costing quite a bit more. The hours of reserve time also impress me a lot. After setting and winding the watch the day it arrived, I have yet to have to reset it and the accuracy seems to be spot on. At 40mm this watch is quite comfortable on my smallish wrist. I have no issues with the Hamilton metal band and it was not too difficult to remove links to size.

Great starter for mid range Swiss automatic watches

This is a quality Swiss scuba/diver type watch. It's a bit tall and heavy, but that's the popular style now. It helps it seem substantial and reminds you you're wearing it. This model Hamilton is quite classy as far as scubas go, with its full day display at the top found on higher end Swiss autos like Breitling. It also does not have overly large and bright numbers that are found on hardcore user dive watches. That makes it seem more reserved and dressy, Sort of like a beefed up Rolex. If you find one used in good condition for 400 and under, its a great value, and starter to collecting quality Swiss watches. Be aware though, it may end up being your "gateway" to getting into expensive Swiss brands. I'm already planning on getting an Omega and Longines. ;-)

Hamilton khaki King quartz

Excellent value, perfect field watch. Silent, & second hand hits the markers. Slim on wrist, very flat long lugs, spot on for my 7 1/4" wrist. Recommended EDC, formal or casual - smart on its supplied bracelet or a good beater on a nato. Light weight enough to dissappear on wrist, but solid & substantial enough to not feel cheap. I opted for the quartz for accuracy and durability/toughness to save my pricier automatics from daily wear and tear.

My first efforts started with Omega/Rolex/Tissot/Tag Heure. I could not quite find everything I was looking for. I then happened upon the Hamilton range and the Khaki King fitted my requirements exactly. After reading many reviews and many informative You Tube offerings I decided to purchase the Khaki King. Excellent watch and great value; one that looks good equally in the boardroom, pub or out in the countryside. Simple lines and fantastic build quality mean the Hamilton Khaki King auto is going to be one of my favourite 'go-to' watches. Accuracy and power reserve are fantastic. First Class Watches were superb in processing the order and getting it out to me in an impressive time - will definitely use them again.
