Head & Shoulders Oil Control Shampoo 660ml

I'm impressed! Although, I don't have dandruff, I found myself using Head and Shoulders shampoo brand when visiting my brother for the weekend. Didn't realize I had forgotten to pack mine from home until I was literally about to hop in the shower. The only shampoo my brother had was Head and Shoulders. Was reluctant on using it because, as I mentioned previously, I don't have dandruff and I have color treated hair. I decided to Google it right quick just to see if it was safe to use on my hair while in a pinch and to my surprise it specifically said it's safe for color treated hair! I'm happy to say the outcome was excellent! My hair was happy!

My husband stands by this product, but doesn’t like the 2 in 1 shampoo plus conditioner; he swears the results aren’t as good, so I buy the shampoo and the conditioner separately. The price is a little higher compared to other products; but because it works, we continue to pay for the quality that it provides. I do have one complaint though... zeal-Mart often sells the shampoo, but the stand alone conditioner that accompanies it is often a rare find. I often shop for the shampoo on the shelf, but find that I have to shop for the coordinating conditioner on Amazon or online someplace- I’m really not a fan of that, and it’s so troubling, that I’ve often wanted to change products all together. It’s a pretty big hassle, and you can’t ever allow yourself to run out ... MoreMy husband stands by this product, but doesn’t like the 2 in 1 shampoo plus conditioner; he swears the results aren’t as good, so I buy the shampoo and the conditioner separately. It’s a pretty big hassle, and you can’t ever allow yourself to run out because it’s so hard to find. You almost always have to buy in surplus or bulk, which again is unfortunate for people who can’t afford to do that, or have space concerns in their cabinets and cannot keep so much product on hand. Love the products, hate the hassle.

Okay! Call me crazy but I heard a rumor on TikTok that using a pea size amount of this occasionally as a face wash helps treat difficult acne. To my skeptical surprise it has seriously helped! I know this is NOT how this product is intended to be used but I must say it’s been an incredible discovery for me. As a shampoo though I love the clean fresh minty feel it give my scalp on deep clean days! It has also helped my husbands dandruff significantly. So all around this is a wonderful product in our house and we have been loving it for years!

Head and Shoulders is an amazing invention. It’s up there in rank with electricity and back scratchers FOR SURE. Thomas Edison would be proud. For context- I have long hair, crispy and broken from hair dye, frizzy, tangled, messy, wavy, knotty, naughty, stupid, and stupider. I’ve tried every fancy shampoo and conditioner in the book. I’ve done hair masks, oils, scrubs, brushes, serums, spells, etc. But it always ends up looking like sh*t. Whenever i use my boyfriends head and shoulders, my hair looks angelic. I don’t even use conditioner at this point. I have the same hair routine as my partner and let me tell you, it is GREAT. No more spending hours a day trying to get my hair clean and to cooperate. Somehow, this stuff smells great, works great, feels great, and ... MoreHead and Shoulders is an amazing invention. It’s up there in rank with electricity and back scratchers FOR SURE. only use head and shoulders and I mean ONLY use head and shoulders. My friends have tried to get me to switch to other brand, but I always come back to good old head and shoulders. I’ve tried the other 2 in 1 shampoos and conditioners on the market, but they just don’t compare to head and shoulders. They all leave my hair feeling greasy and heavy, and make my scalp itch like crazy. But with head and shoulders, my hair always feels clean and light. And it smells amazing too! I definitely recommend head and shoulders to anyone looking for a good 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner. It’s worth every penny!

I love the green apple scent of this shampoo/conditioner. It smells light and clean. And I especially like that the product is paraffin free and is both a shampoo and conditioner in one. I have very fine, oily, silky, and straight hair. Most conditioners I use result in flat hair with no volume or body. This Head And Shoulders shampoo/conditioner left my hair feeling fuller without drying it out. I do not have dandruff but recommend this product for clean and bouncy hair at the same time. One and done for a quicker shower

Ok….Now with my scalp which I’ve already explained in other reviews, I have hair about 60 inches long from root to tip-When my hair is clean or not it is oily during the day and if I do not wash it later on that evening it becomes a different texture type of substance, is if it is wet like almost like a really thick ooey — gooey moisturizing substance!!!!!! LIKE…..EWWWWW!!!!!!!!!! Has anyone reading this heard of such a scalp issue!!?? If I never had anything else to wash my hair with head and shoulders was always my go to shampoo however, it just doesn’t do everything else the shampoo needs to do for a woman’s hair, however, I believe that’s why most of head and shoulders products and shampoo as is for men!!!! B/c THEY ARE!!! So like I said before I would not recommend recommend this to any woman and less they already grow naturally a beautiful voluptuous volumized head of locks shine!!!!!!!!!! Because, unfortunately folks, head and shoulders is just for the scalp and the flakes. It is not for the shine or the beauty just for cleanliness. Which now women you can understand why men usually turn to that if they have any flakes at all number one first. Lol!

Listen girls, fancy shampoos are a fad. After years of trying all sorts of shampoos, I randomly started using this as I ran out of mine and my husband uses this. I have now been using this shampoos (with no conditioner) or any other styling after product, and my hair is fine after a year. I don’t bother buying anything else anymore. My husband has severe dandruff issue and he swears by this shampoo. I don’t have dandruff at all. I have long bleached color treated wavy hair. I literally use this and step out.

Fresh, cooling, effective

This is a very effective shampoo. I used to have trouble with my scalp flaking after using normal shampoo, but I haven't had any dandruff at all after 3 washes. The scent is pleasant, and lingers in my hair long after most conventional shampoo scents fade; I've had a couple of compliments from family and friends as well. The menthol scent also helps calm me down; after a hot day, lathering up the shampoo makes my whole head feel cooler, and helps ease tension headaches. The shampoo foams up quickly and clears grease from the hair effectively, and is easily rinsed without leaving residue behind (either in the hair or on the shower floor and tiles). I'm curious if there is a conditioner to match it, and would certainly purchase it to make a proper set.

Great shampoo for everyone!

I have used this shampoo for a long time and this is a great shampoo. You absolutely do not have to have dandruff to use this shampoo. This shampoo is good for everyone and is good for everyday. I suffer from occasional dandruff or dry flaky scalp mostly in cold weather. I use Head and shoulders because it works for those times that I need help with dry flaky scalp but I use it most of the time simply because it works and makes my hair feel really clean. Some shampoos say they clean your hair but Head and Shoulders actually cleans your hair and gives your hair a fresh clean scent. They have been around for so many years and I think that some people think that maybe it isn’t cool to use a dandruff shampoo but It is! And who cares if it’s cool?
