I used to have bad problems with dandruff. I started using head and shoulders dry scalp care and haven’t had an issue since. If I go a few days without it, I still get itchy and dry feeling, but as long as I use it regularly everything is great. And it smells good too. Will be using as long as I have hair to wash.

This Head Shoulders product is highly effective and comfortable to use. The type I use, in addition to almond oil, also has aloe vera, which makes my hair softer and smoother. It has a mild, non-sticky scent and effectively reduces dandruff, itchy scalp, and strengthens hair with repeated use. The shampoo foams abundantly, providing a deep and thorough cleanse. Having tried various shampoos with different ingredients, this is the one I prefer the most. I tried using a smaller capacity bottle, and I really liked it so I bought the larger capacity product. I highly recommend everyone to try this excellent product.

Living in a cold, dry climate my scalp suddenly became dry and itchy. My husband has been using this product for years and it was in the shower. Out of desperation and needing something to relieve my scalp I reached for this shampoo. Always being told to only use salon products because anything else is poor quality. After using this shampoo I realize that was wrong advice! I hope H&S never changes their formula because this shampoo has left my wavy, thick hair so soft and silky. Better than my salon shampoo. I'm officially going to use this shampoo from now on for relief of my dry scalp and for beautiful hair.

This is especially frustrating when Head and Shoulders really emphasizes that their products are "paraben free" despite parabens being declared as the 2019 NON-allergen of the year by the same society! Parabens are a safe and well-tolerated preservative despite public misconceptions. I used the shampoo the first time and my hair immediately felt dried out despite being a 2 in 1 with conditioner. As my hair dried a could feel a residue left on my hair that was kind of waxy. I thought maybe I hadn't rinsed well enough or shaken it well enough so the next time I shook it well and rinsed for a really long time. Again, my hair felt immediately dry and was really tangled. And again, as it dried I felt a really bad residue.I can't stand how my hair feels. I have used other 2 in 1 products before and never had anything like this.The itch is a little bit better but I still have flakes. My hair is dry, tangled, and brittle feeling, and waxy on top of that.
My son was having extreme scalp flaking-almost like cradle cap which he had when he was newborn into his toddler years. We tried everything and every oil but the combination of Head and Shoulders Anti Dandruff Care coupled with Tea Tree oil has helped tremendously in as little as 2 and a half to three weeks of use! There was still flaking the first wash; the second was flaky but less than the first time; after the third wash, no flaking and his hair was extremely manageable (even while lathered and throughout the washing process!) I used a a silicone shampoo scalp massager to apply and thoroughly clean his scalp and I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND both the H and S as well as the scalp massager!
