Eh. I don't think I'm going to buy this again. It didn't taste bad, but the consistency was weird. I made glaze for muffins. It was more like a fondant. I had to keep adding more "powered sugar" to it, and had a very hard time getting it to get thick. I'd rather use real powered sugar and just use less. Don't recommend.

I assumed the product title would be accurate. Itâs labeled âReal Birch Xylitolâ. However, plainly printed on the front, which I did not notice â it states, âMade From Birch OR Other Trees.â That means that there doesnât have to be any birch-based in it. I donât know what I received. The ingredients list only indicates âXylitolâ. If itâs birch xylitol, say so. If not, be honest, and tells us. Not happy. Will not buy again.

Taste is excellent. Itâs the only sweetener we keep in house and most visitors think it is sugar. Good quality product.
