Awesome for sugar free ice cream!

In my search for a replacement for sugar in ice cream and frozen desserts, I ended up with this product. The ingredient ensures that it is sugar-free and of a quality that is no less than ice cream with sugar. Moreover, it is easy to use: you can replace it 1:1 with sugar. No after taste, no ice crystals.

Excellent!

Really high quality product with pure ingredients. Taste is good and you can use it in various recipes. Package is good and can last until you consume it all. Iherb delivery was out of this world! So fast! I recommend it to everyone who is on a on low carb/keto diet or wants to reduce calories.

It’s good overall. No after taste. But i get bloated so bad when i add this sweetener to whatever i add it to. It requires same amount of regular sugar to give the desired sweetness so keep that in mind when purchasing this for any baking. I used for cakes and it was the first ingredient always became of the no after taste. The granules don’t melt quite well in cocoa powder when making chocolate though.

Good product
3 July 2024

I like the quality and the taste of this sweetener! The benefit that has zero net carbs it helps to satisfy my sweet tooth by replacing the sugar while following keto diet. The ingredient list finally has listed only monk fruit and allulose without the erythritol .

Just like white sugar
15 June 2024

Using allulose for the first time. The granules are white. Coarseness is just like white sugar. Taste-wise it's also sweet like sugar & without odd flavours. I don't mind getting this again. Generally happy with the purchase. Please give a thumbs up if you find this helpful.

Love this Product!
28 April 2024

I prefer monk fruit and allulose blend ingredients for my sweeteners so I am very happy i found this product! No weird after taste, quality is great! I use it for low calorie liquid desserts, protein ice cream and baking protein mug cakes. Basically any recipe that calls for sugar.

Might buy it again
26 May 2024

I am picky with sweeteners. Most of the time, I don't like the taste. This one is good, close to sugar and pleasant.I also like the taste of xylitol but I get bloating from it. I have only taken a teaspoon of this product a day, so I am not sure, but I think this one works for me.I deduct two stars because they won't tell me how much monk fruit the product contains. Does the monk fruit addition matter at all? Is there a significant difference to cheaper pure allulose? How is it even legal to make so unsubstantiated claims?

My favourite allulose blend
30 July 2024

This is my favourite of the allulose blends. The monkfruit has a slightly better flavour to me, but I'm not sure everyone would taste the difference. I use this just like sugar but in a higher ratio, because it browns like sugar, has the full, round, caramel like taste of sugar and you can use it for hot and cold drinks, sauces, baking, etc. I do wish they had bigger size packaging, and a cannister, since it can be hard to measure directly from the bag, which is resealable.

My new favorite sweetener
7 July 2024

I've tried every sugar-free sweetener on the market, trying to find something that sweetens like sugar without any funny tastes. This is my new go-to sweetener - it tastes like sugar, period. It doesn't act just like sugar in baking - cookies come out softer, and it takes a lot longer to caramelize - but it's great for baking and making desserts. I made sugar-free panna cotta for family and they didn't know it was sugar-free.

Not sweet enough
26 October 2024

I am sure it is a high quality product but in my opinion it cannot be used as a sugar substitute. It says monk fruit with allulose so I expected it to be sweeter. I already know that allulose is not very sweet but it has its own benefits also as prebiotic. What I llke about this product is that it is very pure with no other ingredients.
