Haven't used this out in the wild yet, but just setting it up and trying it out...wow and woohoo, what a comfortable little chair. Everything just feels right, and, no worries about 'light-but-flimsy'...it's sturdier than I am. My wife loves her Chair One, too!

Chair needs to be 4" taller. Bag not big enough. Why not make bag 2". Pain fitting chair into bag.
After much investigation I settled on the Big Agnes -Helinox Chair. It has surpassed my expectations. Comfortable, easy to get and out of. Easy to assemble and pack. Very happy.
Great seat. Very light weight and very compact especially to carry on a back packing trip or on a trip to the beach. Love the compact style and the light weightless. It is very well made with no strings coming out from the stitching.
I'm very happy to buy a great product.But it needs to be supplied cheaper and special inventories such as Duckcamo.
The Helinox chair is one of those products that you buy and later wonder how you ever lived without it. This will fit in any hiking pack, and most importantly it is super comfortable. I have sat in it for hours on end without getting uncomfortable. It's pretty evident that there was significant time spent developing this thing. When removed from it's case, the frame almost sets itself up thanks to the bungee cord connection. ,,,,Highly recommended, and this is coming from someone who is generally very critical of camping gear.
Having recently purchased an amazing Helinox cot and seeing all the great reviews on this chair, I was expecting the best. It is well built and it does pack small. However, I just couldn't get comfortable in it. Specifically, I couldn't get over the combination of the high back and short leg support. Bummer.
just got done with a 3 week road trip living out of the car and these chairs were great when sitting down for the evening gather around the fire, Comfortable durable and reasonably light weight. will also be taking on canoe trips where the portages arent too big. the broken down size really makes it reasonable
