I was disappointed to find the capsules too big to swallow, so had to cut them in half to find they were sharp on the edges, and still hard to swallow. Not good for an aged person like myself. They need to be smaller or coated with geletine..I still have a full unopened jar that I have to cut in half. The other Blackmores Lutien Vision were quite okay. Thankyou. Jessie Radau

Very reliable magnesium. Take 1-2 caps everyday. Meant to help with muscle relaxation. I have trouble getting to sleep sometimes taking this before bed helps big time for settling me down. Used to get some guy problems with other magnesium tablets but went away completely with this one.
