If you are supplementing with Magnesium you probably already know they have a lot of potential health benefits.Did a bunch of research and found that the Citrate form is one of the better types of Magnesium as to absorption. Also way less likely to cause any stomach/ :) Ok bathroom issues..and I have had NONE with this product. All that said even way back years ago I recall going to local vitamin stores and Solgar was always considered a more high end product than many of the newer guys. You get a good amount of magnesium here 210mgs per tablet. They are coated in such a great way even though the pills are a bit large , I have never had an issue swallowing these vs MANY others that can get stuck in your throat. I use daily two tablets (breakfast and dinner). Especially when your active or when it’s warm 🥵 your need for magnesium is higher. The quality of Solgar magnesium citrate is good. Solgar, Now and Megafood are my favorite brands. The size of the tablets is relatively big, but I have no problem to swallow the tablets. Although there are many forms of magnesium, I prefer magnesium citrate. A must have for everybody.

I’m someone who can’t swallow pills, so this tablet form is perfect for me (can bite it into pieces and swallow).I am currently pregnant and take this at night. Ever since I started taking this daily, all my migraines went away. It also helps me with digestion and relaxation. Oh no more leg cramps (pregnant ladies know it can be a huge issue).It’s neutral in taste. Highly recommend!
This product (which I first purchased in a homeopathic pharmacy whilst caught short in Kefalonia of all places), has seen me right. It’s not from my usual supplement supplier (Cytoplan) because I’ve just found it to tick all my boxes. Yes, the pills themselves are a little cumbersome but fortunately I don’t have an issue with swallowing them. I recommend these to my friends, especially when they mention suffering from constipation, fir which Mag Citrate is particularly helpful. Go slowly to begin with and find the correct dose for you…some folks find the 2 x daily too much
No complaints, they're exactly as I expect, but do take note that the bottle carries a California Prop 65 warning that reads as follows: "This product contains a chemical known to the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm." To be fair, these warnings are placed on products even when they contain an infinitesimal amount of said chemical that is unlikely to cause any problems. Likewise, iHerb clearly notes the existence of this warning on the product page. However, I didn't notice it until the product arrived, so I'm pointing it out to others. One last plus I want to mention is the glass bottle, which is much less likely than plastic to contain any unhealthy chemicals.
I may have a small throat or just trouble. See picture but these are in my opinion above average size caplet. I even tried to cut them in half and the edges stuck in my throat and had to give it up. I do appreciate this type of magnesium for its many benefits such as helping with constipation, mood stability, and even helping with sleep. I just gave up swallowing this big of pill. Hope you have better luck. :)

I find these tables help me feel calmer and more sleepy at night. Especially effective for sleep when taken with an oil based vitamin D3 supplement. They help greatly with muscle tension and cramps. Also moderately helpful as an addition for various pain conditions, I guess through general relaxation of body or treatment of deficiency which while not usually the cause of illness or old injuries may add to discomfort. As mentioned these tables are enormous. They are not shaped as smoothly as they could be.
