Great price and fast delivery! Unfortunately the product only gave me about a month or so of use before it started glitching out. The headphone jack needed to be wiggled a bit also to get the sound right also! But what else could you expect from a plastic product. Can I replace this possibly? I’m not sure if warranty was included.

I honestly loved this thing and it was a perfect size for playing small shows and practicing. Though after 3 weeks of light use the crossfader stopped with, right in the middle of a show. I tried everything and still no luck, completely worthless. It is a shame too because this had a ton of potential. I hope no one makes the same mistake I did, buy another product.

Great price and fast delivery! Unfortunately the product only gave me about a month or so of use before it started glitching out. The headphone jack needed to be wiggled a bit also to get the sound right also! But what else could you expect from a plastic product. Can I replace this possibly? Compared to the Numark DJ2GO2 Touch this product is better suited for my mixing style. I enjoy the effect pads, filter option, and durable controller knobs with buttons. To help load tracks I use a mouse since the Starlight doesn't have a browser scrolling option. That's the only issue compared to the Numark DJ2GO2 Touch. I own both and the Starlight has more flexibility to mix open format music with dropping the bass, effects, and feeling like you're mixing on an actual bigger controller. And it works great for what it is. #1, it has a built-in sound card so you can output directly to your speakers and use your headphone. #2, you can use your points, effects, samples, loops and use high/low pass filter. #3 Pitch control sliders worked excellent, smooth and accurate. #4, there is a master out and volume control for both channels. This gives you plenty of control for your mixes. While this does not compare to your high-end Newmarks, Pioneers or other pro controllers, it makes the perfect back up or travel controller and the price makes it a no brained. I brought this really for a new toy to play with, but honestly i find myself using it more and more everyday. I have a Pioneer SX3 but that big and bulky to take everywhere with me. This Little controller is perfect to throw in your bag in a practice and mix anywhere (As long as your Laptop battery is good enough).The features do take a little getting used to to perform mixes, but once you have masters them you are away :) If this had better outputs id be gigging with this little thing :)
I got this controller with Serato pro upgrade for £109. Considering a Serato pro licence is £89 it was a no brainer to spend another £20. My reason for buying was because I was getting frustrated with using Serato play with my keyboard/mouse and I wanted to have a small Serato pro compatible controller that can be used instead of the keyboard/mouse or having to get my main mixer set up to test out some mixing ideas. After a few hours playing on this controller I can see why the reviews are very good for this little bit of kit. I will probably use this for spontaneous house parties and of course as backup to my ddj1000 srt.
I needed a small, portable, and inexpensive DJ controller to DJ a wedding. It work seamlessly with Serato DJ Lite. Once I prepped everything, this did a great job being able to mix.NOTE: this is too small a unit to do any serious scratching. That said, you can cue sounds (read: claps, applause, hoots and hollers, whatever), mix two songs together, adjust volume, and it sounds great! Just keep in mind that, like anything, it's all in the preparation.This thing was perfect for the wedding, kept people on the floor all night!

This should come with a 1/4 inch jack and a MUCH better mini jack.#2 the controls are not as sensitive as they should be, especially the crossfader. You have to move it like 1 /4 before it starts to affect the software crossfader. When I first got it I was wondering why I could not hear the mix coming in, until I noticed how long it took to affect the software. Anyway, as a whole, I like it because I can take it to hang out anywhere and just start dj'ing. If this is your main purpose, this unit is good for that. I really wanted a small dj controller to use along side my laptop for easy desk mixing. This is the perfect solution. Comes will all the features you will need to dj. For anyone who has deejayed in the past with large dj mixers, turntables, CDJ's and crates of vinyl and CDs this is a blessing, everything is portable and easy to use.
