The quality is exactly the same as the main game, i.e., very high. It adds depth and demension to the game and the new Dungeonmaster book has an interesting scenario to follow - you can also make up your own scenarios for a quick game or two.

It's fun packed in a box. It's like D&D turned into in a board game, with cards instead of dice and DM. Takes time to unbox and set up (huge amount of token and cards), but this is fun too. Quality of parts is top notch. Gameplay is amazingly designed. You can choose how much you role play, but you can definitively role play if you want. Feels like a campaign setting for D&D.

The only issue had with my order was that some of the miniatures were deformed from the packaging. I managed to get them back into shape with some near boiling water and some fiddling. Other than that small issue glad to see favourites from my youth getting a facelift and some love!

I contacted customer service and this is how they package their products for shipment. They also have a policy that the box is not guaranteed agains damage… only what’s inside the box. They guarantee that the product will be suitable for display. I tried to explain that for a board game like this… it is the game’s box that’s displayed! Great item. Couldn't wait to get these in. Digged it a dtar because of wonky tracking. Told me I was getting it in 3 days, kept bumping it out every day till it arrived. Drove me nuts with excitement.
I haven't played the expansions yet but I sleep extra well at night knowing I could at any moment. Happy I got these expansions, loved the original game from MB back in the day.

I loved this game as a kid and the new revamp looks so good. Everything looks great except a lot of my minis (characters and items) came really warped. I know it's a pretty minor complaint, but for the price tag it seems like more of a high end product to have things come not their best. Other then that me and the family have been enjoying it but I am a little worried about getting official product in the future if they have the same problem.
A reasonable Resurrection of a cult classic.Mostly, the components match the historic versions, expect the card quality is superior.Orc minis are not great in concept. Those that like OSR RPG concept will be turned off by these, I suspect.(Bent maces can be fixed by dunking in boiling water and reposing.)
The expansion looks awesome. The only problem I have is the damage to the box thanks to incredibly poor shipping conditions.Same results for main game and other expansion... Makes me worried for other high priced items I've bought from Hasbro...
