This pan is ah-mazing! It is so heavy and pretty and cooks evenly. It's everything you would want in a pan. It is for sure worth the high price tag. I love this pan. I wish I could afford the whole set. But if you have a chef's kitchen you need this pan.

This is one of the best non stick pans I've ever had. This is perfect for doing eggs. This pan is a super easy clean up. It cooks evenly throughout the pan. I would highky recommend this for the chefs of the family. They will thank you for it.

The instructions say that the eggs do require butter or oil, so I did that. However, my eggs were sticking to the pan a little. I understand this is a hybrid steel-nonstick pan, but anyway - I expected a little more from it. Another con is that you have to clean it with sponge and soap after use, you can’t just wipe it clean with a paper towel. But it says it is dishwasher safe so that solves the issue (if you have a dishwasher). The pros are that you can use metal utensils with it, although I was hesitant to do it. Great product, everything about this got me really excited to try it out. It does take getting use to. I followed the instructions to season and there was a little sticking the first few times I used. After use several times it works great. I look forward to seeing what I’ll be able to get once available in store.
This pan was so much better quality than I thought it was going to be! The lid fits well, it is made of very heavy material, wonderfully nonstick - it's really a great little quality pan. Very happy with it!
I am obsessed with this Fry Pan from Hexclad. I need the set! It cooks the most perfect pancakes and grilled cheese! The first time. It had a perfectly even cook, nice golden brown edge to edge. They didn't stick at all! It cleans up super easy! I love that I can use it in the oven and it's dishwasher safe. It's really top quality cookware!

I followed the (super quick and easy) instructions to season it before cooking. It's a MUCH easier process than for cast iron cookware. Then I promptly changed my lunch plans to scramble an egg and see how it did. I was delighted to find that the cooked egg just slipped right out with no mess to clean in the pan. I even used a metal spatula since the instructions say it's ok! I haven't run it through the dishwasher yet (I might never need to with that nonstick performance!), but I'm pleased that the edges are smooth so they won't cut into the tines of the dishwasher over time.My only two complaints: I should have gotten a bigger one, and ...
