If you're looking for a balanced fuel source that really works I can definitely recommend this. The Berry flavour tastes really nice and is easy on the stomach. Also very reasonably priced.

Live the ease of mixing, but far easier to add powder first and then the water. Always find it lumps up otherwise. Have always prefferd the citrus flavour, just because I find it more refreshing especially when on very long runs.
Website is great, one of the best prices I've found a decent delivery time, sent with royal mail. As for the product, I use this for boxing, I can feel it making a differance. I start drinking it 15 mins before I start, and then drink it all within the first 45 - 60 mins, and it carries you through to the end. I got the tropical flavour but the taste is very subtle and not amazing so I add a spoonful of sugar and it improves the taste.
