The gels have quite a thin consistency and the flavours aren't really to my taste at all. I quite like the High 5 hydration tablets so I gave these a punt. They provide energy and are inexpensive but paying a bit more for something nicer is worthwhile, it's hard to run while trying not to be sick!
Really liked this gel, fresh and fluid enough to swallow without water, I don't know if it was just bad luck but the slightly thinner texture meant I got some spillage when i opened it which got sticky everywhere. I had to wash my hands in a stream. But overall good. Not sickly and fine on the gut too.
