My cat has IBD and this brand is the only food that helps curb her diarrhea (along with monthly Prednisolone and Vitamin B-12 injections). She doesn’t eat the dry version as much, since she’s had nine teeth pulled years ago. I just wish Hills would offer a firmer version, like a pâté’ since the stew bits spread out as she eats, making it difficult to finish; the remaining bits go uneaten and it’s too expensive to waste.

We have two Spyhnx cats (Oy and Yu), who do best on a sensitive food diet and Biome is an absolute favourite at mealtimes. Sadly, we haven't been able to get this product for some time now, so if someone at Hills can advise when we could expect it to be available again for purchase online or in Brisbane, it would be much appreciated. ID wet pouches are also getting very hard to find.......

My 6 month olds kitten has had diarrhea since the very beginning. She has been on every antibiotic, probiotic, Hydrolyzed food out there. I had lost hope! After less than a full week, her poops are almost perfect. *KNOCK ON WOOD*. For the first time I have true hope and it's soooo much easier for us both. I wish it was a bit cheaper, but honestly it is worth it!

For years my kitty has had so much trouble going to the bathroom and I had to give a furball laxative on a regular basis just to keep her somewhat regular. She is indoors only and fed only the top canned food brands so I was hesitant about trying a prescribed food. My kitty needed help and the reviews were so positive so I agreed. This food is amazing, its like a miracle in a can. She is now going to the bathroom (#2) on her own and daily. In the 9 years since I adopted her, this is a first, she was either terribly constipated or too loose. I wish it came in more flavors but so far she loves it and readily eats it. I am so happy to have found this magic recipe. Thank you Hills for improving the quality of my kittys life. She and I are so grateful to you.
My cat suffers from diarrhea so I thought this was worth a shot. It made my cat extremely uncomfortable, he's obsessively scratching himself and rubbing himself on the floor. I feel so bad for him. It also constipated him for 2 days. My cat looks miserable. He seems to be allergic to an ingredient in this food since he has never behaved like this on any other food... after doing some research I realized this food has quesitonable ingredients. I should have done more research before buying this and feeding it to my poor cat. I hope it gets out of his system soon because he won't stop scratching... buyer beware
Our cat has had loose stools since day one. She has IBS. We've tried probiotics, antibiotics, and different types of Hills Science Diet - sensitive stomach formulas, etc. So far, this is the only thing that has worked. It is very expensive but we have no choice.
My foster cat is on this prescription food for IBS with chronic vomitting. Carrots just don't seem to be the best choice ingredient for a food intended for animals with chronic gastrointestinal issues. It stains carpeting badly. May seem petty but when living with a pet with this issue it's a big deal in the household over time.
I had tried everything (rice, pumpkin, probiotic powder additive, endurosyn gel, etc.) and my kittens had diarrhea for a full month. I was waking up at 11 pm, 3 am, and 6 am to wipe their bums after diarrhea while also doing it during the day and was exhausted and struggling to find an answer. My kittens weren't gaining any weight and I was scared for them bc I could feel the full spine of one of them. All it took was 1 meal of this and they no longer have diarrhea. God send.
After nearly three years of chronic diarrhea and multiple vets and tests, I thought all hope was lost and that our girl was doomed to have liquid poo for the rest of her life. Finally, one vet suggested we give this a try. We feed both kibble and wet food, so purchased both and after a couple of weeks, things were finally looking up! However, our princess requires that she only eat pate (with extra warm water added), so I have to mash this stew into oblivion and she'll eat it! Please, Hills, please! Make this in a pate form so that our girl will be extra happy.
My cat has been on this for a couple of months now and it has really helped but she wont it just that i have to put in maybe a teaspoon of other food . But as long as it is helping i will continue to do it. I would like to know if anybody else have problems with their cat mine has starting to pull out her fur. She has been leaving chunks of her fur where ever she sits .
