With the time of year, it gets colder, and my girls are getting up in age, and they start slowing down about this time. Which means they're laying around more and getting fat. Hills science diet has been great for them. They enjoy eating it, and it keeps their weight maintained and keeping their joints healthy during these colder months. By summertime, they will still be healthy and fit to be running around in the yard.

Auntie said my belly was too big so she bought me special food which tastes great and she measures it out with her measuring cup. Dad says she's starving me. She isn't. I'm getting plenty to eat and it tastes good, and I think I am getting a bit slimmer! Auntie is happy. Dad said she is fat shaming me. Auntie is happy. Dad likes to pull her leg and he's happy that she's dealing with the food for me.

She has early arthritis and a bad ankle, that lead me to want to get her a joint supplement or food that gave joint support. With having early arthritis, bad back ankle and Addison's weight management was also needed since she is not walking as far anymore (less exercise but still can walk on a leash for exercise. I like the Hills Science Diet line since they have dog food for many different circumstances. My other two shelties do not need weight management and extra joint support, so I have them on the sensitive skin and tummy adult food. Shelties can get dry skin and coat, thus making that a good choice for my other two Shetland Sheepdogs.

Trying out this food after learning my dog needed to eat fish oil for his joints. He’s over 10 years old. After a few weeks of eating this he’s moving around more during the afternoon parts of the day. My other dog is also needing some joint support. I think he likes it too but he’s very picky. The only issue I have is that the kibbles are too big for their small mouths. (Dogs are between 10-20 ppunds). Hoping they make a “little bites” version of this food.

He is getting older, and put on some weight, so this dog food is perfect for him. He also has joint issues so this has help[ed tremendously! And the flavor must be good because he eats it all up! I bought this Hill's Science Diet Perfect Weight & Joint Support Chicken Flavored Adult Dry Dog Food a month ago for my dogs and I am so happy I did one of the best dog foods by far. I love the fact that it helps support diet and joint support my dogs really love it. I have seen a difference since I have been feeding them.Hill's their coat is looking so beautiful! And their weight has been very maintained. Overall I recommended to all my family and friends one of the best to me on the market and it is very affordable. This is all I feed my dogs. So far, so good! Switched her right over to it without the slow transition because she hated her other food so much. Nice, solid poops from day 1, zero gas or tummy issues. Size of the kibble is great because she thinks she’s getting more then 3/4c per feeding. It’s only been three weeks but it does appear that some weight loss is happening, I’ve also been cutting back treats and people food. Not sure the joint support is helping, but it’s got to be better than nothing.

I didn’t want to get too excited, as I’ve been disappointed before, but after 4 months, he had 0 diarrhea and maybe 1-2 times with loose stools. Prior he was having bouts of diarrhea and loose stools 3-4 times a week.This would have been more than enough for a win, but I realized after a couple of weeks my other two dogs liked the dog food as well. I caught them a couple of times stealing some of the food from Boogie, so I started adding it to their meals and they both devoured it. I was especially surprised that Loki took to it as he is extremely picky.This has been so great for our family as it’s saving us vet costs, food costs, time, and more importantly my dogs are enjoying their food.
My dog loves her new food! She is still transitioning off of her previous food which was not for a Joint Diet, but it was for weight loss and maintenance. I am excited for my dog to see positive results from the Joint Diet and weight loss, which go together! Switching to the Hills Joint Diet has reduced the amount of supplements that my dog was taking because those supplements are now already ingredients in this food. Thus, this is a financial savings as well!
