My pomeranian loves this food. It is good for her as she has a problem with gaining weight quickly. I started her on the weight loss and it really shed pounds for her. I like it to as she is on the feeding schedule to maintain and it really works! She is maintaining, and I as a Pet Parent am very pleased. Thanks PetFlow for having this product.

This is the only diet food my dog likes, but was very disappointed in the woman who directed us to the food as she called my pup a “fatty”. That was not necessary and made me feel very uncomfortable

My Frenchie chomps this down! Manages his weight perfectly. Only issue is I feel the small bites are too small for my 15kg boy. I will be getting the bigger bikkie next time!
I have used this for about 2 years now. My Maltese was very over weight it took awhile but she is down 3 pounds with the weight management dry food. My other baby has kept a steady weight. We really love the quality and the fact it does what it's supposed to
I buy the Science Diet Puppy food regularly and remember it by the beagle. I accidentally ordered the perfect weight bag that also had a beagle with a 20% off promotion. There was no way to change or cancel the order and I explained what happened at the store. They returned my purchase with the 20% off then rang up my new purchase at regular price. Not wanting to argue in line, they assured me it was correct. Ended up pay $15 + tax extra for the food.
I buy this as an alternative for the discontinued Royal Canin weight loss kibbles for little dogs, which I blend with my dog’s usual Royal Canin Chihuahua kibbles. Poor ******* has tornado guts-n-butts, so he can’t eat just any dog food. Local stores were out of stock, so I took a chance on PetMax. The only thing that you might want to know about my dog food buying experience is that PetMax packaged the retail bags of dog food properly and carefully, and protected the dog food bags with cardboard, so that the bags of food would not get damaged during shipping. I was offered this bag for free. So I thought I'd try since I needed to switch my dog's puppy to adult food. The smell of the food is very strong (in a good way). So far my dog likes it and sometimes eats it without the help of wet food. I'm convinced it's the smell!
My little Bobby can be fussy, due entirely to him having too many choices. After much research Hills weight control was trialled & it was a hit. The small kibble size is great & it's not 'oily' like some other kibble can be. Bobby is doing great on this. Worth a try if you're on the fence
