We recently purchased a Hills Hoist 7 Rotary Line and have found it great. It replaced an existing line, was easy to install and is so great with the number of lines and the spacing in between the lines. Plus we have the advantage that we can easily lift it out temporarily when we want more space for the grand kids to run around. Would definitely recommend.

The clothesline is exactly what we needed for our family, and it was easy to select the right one with the advice on the website. Loved being able to choose the colour to match our fence, and the whole thing can be folded up and pulled out of the base when we need more room in the yard. Delivery was super fast with great communication. Installation was really easy, we just followed the instructions. Honestly just an all round fantastic experience!

A good product at a great price. Really like the Surfmist colour which blends with the house nicely. Only reservation is that when closed the arms do swing out more loosely than I expected. Is still not in the way though. Appreciate that it comes with the line already threaded.

We recently purchased a Hills Hoist 7 Rotary Line and have found it great. What an easy to use, perfectly sized hoist. Always thought the Hills Hoist with its rotary mechanism was the best invention ever- and it still trumps all other inert clothes lines. Love it! This is the perfect Queen size sheet Hoist and fits loads. Installation was efficient, quick and professional, thanks Lifestyle! Would only have preferred a one tone green for line and Hoist. It would help it to better 'disappear' into the green environment. Apart from that, who would not love its ability to be removed and it's fold down feature. A great buy indeed.
Simply Clotheslines were amazing! I ordered my new clothesline on Tuesday night and it arrived on Thursday. As it was replacing my old Hills Hoist, installation was a breeze. It fit straight in the old hole. Then simply put the top section in and raise the arms up. So easy! I am very happy with the clothesline and the excellent customer service :)
Love my new clothesline!! It was bought as a replacement for my original 1989 Hills Hoist. I never new that a retractable Hills Hoist could be pulled out of the ground and stored away if you needed the clothesline area for some other activity eg playing cricket, a tea party etc! Nor did I know that by adding extra pieces to the pole at the bottom the height could be adjusted considerably. The things you learn when you buy something new! :)
This was easily fitted into existing hole and the monument colour blends well into the yard far better than the old green one. I love it - just fits in perfectly and I now have a handle that winds! Delivery was in 2 days - fabulous delivery timing and easy website to navigate. I’m glad we now have a new clothesline.
This clothesline was a replacement for a 6 line model that was beyond repair. Not bad as it was about 15 years old.This new model was a breeze to set up and the first load of washing was hung out not long after.The ordering process was easy and delivery was prompt and in tact.Highly recommend SimplyClotheslines.
My daughter had a very old hillshoist in the ground.from when they first bought their house, It was in desperate need of replacement. I convinced them that one that they could remove when they wanted to open up the backyard would be best, and now they love it.. They chose the beige coloured version which really looks modern and sleek and they’re delighted with the how it looks and operates.
Most disappointing experience. I contacted Simply Clotheslines to ensure there was a reputable installer before making the online purchase. Simply clotheslines recommended the installer. The line is on the ground. Had to be pulled from the wet concrete as it was poorly poorly done. The installer took $200 cash and disappeared. He did not put the line where I wanted it and turned up with hardly any tools to do the job. He put clumps of clay in the wet concrete and covered the wet concrete with soil from my garden. He did not use quick set concrete and propped the line up with clumps of clay soil he removed from the hole he dug. I contacted Simply Clotheslines immediately and was told it was not their problem as they are an online store for the purchase of the line, ... MoreMost disappointing experience.
