This was a gift for a good friend, our friend is a good Christian man who told us he didn't own a Bible. Even though I haven't read my old school Bible since I was at school, I'm now 68, home wouldn't feel right with out it. My friend is very pleased with the gift.

Bible described as:- Bible in a straightforward black imitation leather hardback binding. Cover very flimsy imitation leather binding, glued. Cheaper versions elsewhere with hardback covering. Very Disappointed, requested return.
This copy meets my needs very well. Easy print to read and it's a nice addition to my library. Thank you.
Its a bible, so it is what I expected. However, the book itself came slightly battered. Couple marks, folded pages etc. Certainly didnt look brand new but its workable.
I got what I payed for. Although, a more sturdy book cover would have made a big difference. The current casing is very fragile and prone to being bent easily, also, it can make it uncomfortable to read as you need to constantly hold down the cover.
I found font perhaps a bit small for my eyesight but was able to read it without any issues with my glasses on. Cover is rather cheep vinyl but what can you expect for 9 ? It is a great bible to take around and I often just read it during travel to work. It is quite durable and did not brake even though I kept using it every day for a long time. Overall it is.a good bible to start with without braking the bank.
Beautiful value Bible, perfect for a gift. Yhe only problem is description as it says ‘hardback’ and it’s not. It’s regular leatherette soft back
This bible has a small print that most elderly people find hard read. Their old Bible has the same size font but is much bolder and clearer. Also it failed to mention that it is a paperback and not a hard cover. Seller needs to be more transparent
