This is a very handy cleaner to have when you have accidental messes and spills from grandchildren and pets. I felt much better after cleaning the carpet with the power scrub as it really made a huge difference making the carpet clean and fresh. I like that the carpet didn’t take long to dry as my previous machine. The stair tool is also very useful. Great machine.

I am surprised at how much this vaccuum does not work considering how much I paid for it. It doesn't even take up hair, and I have had to scrub the same areas multiple times on the carpet because the stains are still there as well as pet odor. I have not gotten any positive results and am wondering if the vacuum is broken. I am unhappy with it and want a refund.

After owning a Hoover PowerDash for a couple months, I realized that unit was too small for how frequently I needed a carpet cleaner. I run a home based dog daycare & boarding business so I deal with potential mud, puke, poo and pee on the carpet and rugs. This vacuum is great on very dirty carpets. Powerful suction. It has a seperate soap canister which is handy. Overall, a very good cleaner.
It is great vacuum cleaner. I tested on my carpet and see big difference. This one help to remove stain, great technology. There is faster drying system. I see how dirty was my carpet since there 2 tanks where you can see one that take water after use. Really great quality.
I did not realize how dirty my basement carpets were until i used this machine on them. What a difference! It cleaned out years of grime build up and old pet stains that did't come out completely the first time. This is my new favorite for spring cleaning!
This steam vac works well and operates similarly to other steam vacs.I really like the separate clean and dirty water tanks (my previous model had a clean water "bladder" inside the dirty tank); this makes it easier to clean the tanks and to judge how much cleaning solution is left.My parents have had a similar Hoover steam vac to this since the late 90s(!!) and it is still going strong, so I'm hoping for similar longetivity.
This is a powerful machine! It is also wide and really drags the dirt back out of the carpet for a deep clean. The water capacity is large too so I don't have to empty it several times for a large area of the carpet. I am very pleased with this.
