It's absolutely a amazing I cannot stress how amazing this shampooer is super easy to use super lightweight you can take the handle off there is a wand for pre-treatment love it. It also has a button for a drawing feature that you can use to suck up all the water it leaves your carpet, absolutely clean. 10/10, Don't hesitate a purchase!

I've never been inclined to write a review until now. This machine is 10/10 and I've had many. It's a lightweight powerhouse. The dry feature is amazing, no more wet carpets and fans on to speed up the process. Love the spot wand. Love that the upholstery hose is not cumbersomely attached. Easy to disassemble and clean each time. Love the separate tanks. Love the vacuum-like ease of cleaning. I got this machine on sale but would have now gladly paid full price. Seriously, 10/10. Carpets look brand new with 2 dogs in the house! Only complaint is they failed to apply the 10% discount.

A MUST have for pet owners & parents.

Between four dogs, a toddler, and my mechanic husband, it seems like I'm always cleaning some mess off my carpet. Before purchasing this I had a Bissell; that worked fine for small messes but for stains that already set or muddy paw prints it barely helped.To compensate I was hiring professionals because it dried so much faster and I wouldn't have to keep going over the stain. I have twin boy toddlers and let me just say there is no possible way I can go without a carpet cleaner. Since my boys were born I went from cleaning my carpet a few times a year to a few times a week. I’ve literally had just about every carpet cleaner on the market. Buy a different machine

We bought this a couple of years ago directly from the company. I had decided that Bissel had stolen enough of my money over shoddy carpet cleaners and went back to Hoover. The dry only button only worked if you pushed it about 30 times which really wasn’t enough for me to pack it back up and go through the hassle of returning it. The second thing to go wrong was the clean water tank started filling up with soap suds, that completely baffled me. Over thanksgiving I cleaned the carpets, went to use the dry only feature, pushed the button(1st time) and it went all the way through. I pulled out the sticker and tiny pieces of plastic were stuck all over it. I love this machine!! The things that made me buy this was the 5 easy pays, free shipping and the brand. I used this at my front entry and it is cleaner than when I had them professionally done! I'm absolutely over the moon about the triggerless ease of use! Push to wash, pull to extract, press a button and you can immediately start the drying process! The handle is your spot treater. You don't need to spray very much, even if it's really dirty or you'll be extracting for a bit. It was super easy to put together, easy to take apart, clean and put back together! Highly recommend!

Disappointed in quality of machine

This is my 3rd Hoover carpet cleaner in 30 years. Up until this time, I would have highly recommended Hoover cleaners since I have pets in the home and regularly clean my carpets and rugs. The machine does a great job extracting dirt! However, I am now looking at reviews for other cleaners and anticipate purchasing another brand. I purchased this particular cleaner in June of 2022, and I am disappointed in the quality of this machine. The rotating brushes stopped rotating the 3rd time I used the machine and now the "remove nozzle handle" has broken. I am very disappointed in the quality of this machine.

Great carpet cleaner, easy to use AND clean parts!

I am an avid Hoover fan over the years when it comes to cleaning carpets. I needed to replace my old carpet cleaner which survived over 10 years after finally not working properly. It wasn't user friendly but did clean my off white berber carpet very well but was a bugger to clean all of the parts. I did research as usual and was impressed with the comments and how easy it is to use plus is able to disassemble to clean thoroughly. I decided to buy it. All I can say is WOW! It is so much lighter to maneuver, is very user friendly and really cleaned my carpet. I am very pleased that I can easily snap in and out the brushes which is the most problematic area when cleaning after dogs to remove excess hair. I love this carpet cleaner!

This carpet cleaner is the seriously a game changer. Not only does it do a great job at cleaning your rugs and carpets, but it is also very easy to use! Cleaning it out is a breeze as well. The only complaint I have is that, while the antimicrobial pet tool works well, it doesn't hold up. I used it for just the 2nd time today and multiple pieces of the rubber/silicone came off. I found them floating in the dirty water tank. Now I am looking at spending more money on the spin brush tool in order to avoid losing more of those little pieces off my current tool. I had to take a star away for that reason only. If it came with a more durable tool, it would be an easy 5 stars.I will say that I would still buy this again in a heartbeat!

Very well designed, easy clean up

My last Hoover carpet cleaner lasted 10 years. So we wanted to buy another Hoover product. The machine we bought is very easy to use. Does a great job cleaning and is very easy to clean the machine when finished. All covers and tanks can be removed without the use of any tools, brilliant. Including the rotating brushes. My only concerned about this machine is the plastics are all very light weight. So durability is a concern. I'll have to be very careful when using this machine so as not to damage it. Other than that I'm very happy with its performance. A very well designed carpet cleaner.
