This computer is amazing and so compact. But I love the big screen. Really fast and I m loving it! I use it on a daily and comes with everything I need. I would definitely buy another one which I will be doing for my daughter so she has her own!

We are really happy with this computer. We got it to help our kids with their homework as now they need it for their assignments. It’s been really easy to use and very intuitive for them. I’ve given them very little help on setting up and they’ve been able to do it by themselves. It is also super fast And definitely seems to have enough storage for all of their needs.I really like it because it looks really nice, has a great screen and it’s easy for me to navigate when I need to hop on. I have no complaints right now and really pleased with this addition to our home.

Terrific. Attractive. Keyboard punctuation marks could be more visible. somewhat difficu8l;t to install. Had an expert do it.
I am very pleased with this device. It is as peppy as, if not faster, than my 2 year old i7 HP laptop. It comes with a wireless keyboard and mouse, which works well. I prefer a Bluetooth keyboard since I use the USB ports for other purposes. I would recommend this All-in-One!
I am a stay at home mom to four small children and I haven’t held a job outside of the home in over ten years. Needless to say, I’m a little out of the loop as far as computers and technology go. (I use my smart phone for just about anything that I need to do that requires the Internet.) I feel like this computer was made with people like me in mind. This computer was easy to unpack from its packaging, and easy to assemble. I was surprised at how simple it was to set the whole thing up. There’s not much to it. I was delighted at how small the whole set up was. I come from a time when every computer had a large CPU that sat on the floor next to the (usually large) computer desk. This computer consists of a sleek monitor, a wireless keyboard, and a wireless mouse. That’s it. It is so compact, that we actually have it set up at our dinner table. We can just move it out of the way to one end of the table when it’s time to eat meals. It’s extremely convenient. The mouse and the keyboard are both comfortable to use. I appreciate that the keyboard buttons are a little more substantial in size and give a satisfying click when they are depressed. The top shell of the mouse comes off easily, I’m assuming for cleaning or battery replacement. The whole set up is white, but I noticed that some parts of the monitor have a subtle gray texture, that seems as if it would camouflage dust that happened to settle on horizontal surfaces. I thought that was pretty clever. After assembly, turning on and setting up the computer was fairly easy and took less than 20 minutes. Most of that time was spent waiting. I was amused that, while waiting for the computer to finish doing whatever it was doing, I was offered a video game to play. Very cute.I love that the screen is a touchscreen. It is so much more convenient, especially for somebody as hands-on as I tend to be. The size of the screen is ideal, in my opinion. It’s big enough to make surfing the web easy and enjoyable, but not so big that you have to turn your head to look at the entire screen (like some larger TVs!) Since this computer arrived, I’ve been using it to revamp our family budget. It was very helpful to be able to cross check my banking app against my online banking webpage, and really dig into the nitty-gritty of our transaction history on a large screen that is easy to see, and that is adjustable so that it can be closer to my eye level. I also really appreciate having it for filling out school forms for my kids. In years past, I filled the myriad school forms out on my smart phone, which is doable, but it’s very tedious and incredibly annoying when the forms’ formatting do not match the smart phone format. This computer does have a camera that pops up out of the top of the monitor, but I have not gotten a chance to use it yet. I am hoping that the kids and I can use it for video chatting with grandparents over the winter. I’m satisfied with the speed of the computer. I experienced no lag that I can remember, and that’s with our self-imposed slow (cheap!) internet speed. I would recommend this set up to anyone looking for a household computer, especially if space were an issue. My boys are thrilled to have a way to add another player to their video gaming sessions. I even had to bat my IT-guy husband’s hand away a few times until I had it set up. I’m grateful to have this, and I’m looking forward to relearning “computer stuff” in time to reenter the workforce in a few years.
Rafael was fabulous!!! He was informative, patient, professional and attentive. Thank you for helping me to make the decision to purchase the desktop vs. the laptop. For me, the desktop makes more sense.I would recommend this purchase from Staples to everyone.Thank you!!
This HP All-In-One computer proves less is more. It is good looking, minimizes the space it requires, and has only one cord which also allows it to be flexible and fit in many places. The computer itself is easy to use, boots quickly, and has plenty of storage space if you aren't using it to store 8K movie files. Windows 11, on the other hand, is not necessarily that easy to use and the preloaded software which in some cases is only free to use for a short time can add complications.Once you have windows loaded and the many updates installed the computer is a very capable system.A downside to this system is the lack of printed setup instructions. Setup is not that hard but the printed instructions leave a lot to be desired. The user manual is accessible only ... MoreThis HP All-In-One computer proves less is more. Setup is not that hard but the printed instructions leave a lot to be desired. The user manual is accessible only after you have assembled the system and connected to a network and the internet, which may not be easy for first time users. The camera works well and pop-up feature is good for privacy. Using the dictation feature can be helpful. The screen size is very nice and easy on my eyes. I like the keyboard and the input devices being wireless.I have used this computer for email, browsing the internet, loading photos from my cell phone, copying files to and from a USB drive, and casting display to a TV.
This is an excellent desktop computer. It's user friendly, fast, and high quality images.
While this system is ok, not fond of having to access the very back of the computer to install flash drive. Not convenient and a challenge.
