Pretty good machine easy to use and set up I've only had the machine for 2 weeks so cant really say too much couldn't really ask for more just considering the price was good, I had one issue with the wireless mobile connection. your phone needs to be compatible with the hp app my phone was not capable so therefore needed to use another app wich wasnt that good. All in all good product for price I will just buy a new phone that is compatible .

Purchased 3 weeks ago. Very easy to use. Scans beautifully which is why I needed it. Looks great and compact. Inexpensive. Probably not suitable for printing large quantities.

This is the perfect printer for me right now. It wouldn’t have worked for me when I was at uni but If you just print things here and there and just need a printer at home this is the one. Easy as pie to set up and prints faster than I thought! Quite impressed really.

A very good wireless small home use printer with basic functions scan and copy which is all I need. There are two ink cartridges, one for colour and the other is black, which works out cheaper to run, unlike other similar class inkjet printers have three cartridges for colour ink alone.
Nightmare to set up. I have two of these printers. The first one was a dream to set up. However I this one is a different story. The wireless router wouldnt recognise either device now. It seems my printing days are over. Frustrating as I need to print out rosters etc. My handwriting is illegible. Im sure it is probably something I am doing wrong. However what it is I dont know
This HP Deskjet printer was bought two weeks ago. It’s simple and easy to connect to Mobil phone by following the guiding video in YouTube, which is recommended by the product provider. And the paperwork printed out is of very good quality. It’s very delighted to have such good product with such nice price.
I purchased this to replace our old printer as the internal scanner light had failed, My partner is at school and is constantly printing and scanning documents. the last printer was also a HP and had worked reliably for over 5 years so decided on this as its replacement. Apart from the setup process which could have been easier with a CD of install software. its a nice unit works well has all the functions required and prints efficiently. As i mentioned the lack of install CD was my only issue and could be problematic for anyone who is not reasonably versed in computers and tech.
Just bought this printer yesterday and attempted setting it up today. Put brand new ink cartridges into the printer, yet it said there was no ink. I called HP support and they said this is a very common problem and to return it to the store. A lot of hassle for nothing.
So frustrating; I am trying to set up my new printer but the plug won't fit my standard NZ wall plug sockets because the 2 forks are not in the correct spatial arrangement, i.e. manufacturing fault with the 2-prong NZ plug itself. But this means I can't start using the product!
Has got to be the best low cost printer in the market. $39.00 wireless. No laptop or computer required. Download the HP app and a few clicks, you have wireless printing! I used "click and collect" and that was fast and efficient!
