Laptop is good overall. It has excellent display, noce keyboard layout and keytravel for typing. No stutter in performance. Weba shutter key is good addition kepping up with the trend. Battery life is avarage with 59 kWh battery capacity , i got around 4 to 5 hours screen on time in first week. But HP online store has glitches within itself and causes nighmare for a customer to follow up and get resolution. The sales excutive team after purchase of product dont care about attending calls and if attended abruptly cuts the call in the middle. Its pathetic purchase experience from HP online store.

In less than one year, the Hp envy 360 laptop stopped working. It just went black and both times it happened while plugged in. They sent me a charger to see if that was the problem. Literally the laptop was plugged in and charged when this happened. The new charger sent did not resolve the problemThe same thing happened again and I have to wait 16 days for another charger to be sent before i can send laptop to them for repair...it is still under warrantee. in less than one year, this laptop stopped working twice. I would NOT recommend HP envy 360. It will take at least a month or more before it is repaired under warrantee. I dont know if it is just the hp envy... but i will not by another hp again.

It is a good little laptop, besides some minor bugs with the set-up and it being a little slow in the cooler winter mornings. It's powering along well. For the price of it and the reviews though, I was a little disappointed that it didn't come with any compatible pens, especially as the reviews that I'd read on this model stating it came with a bag and a pen, (Don't care for the bag, so wasn't too worried about that, but the touchscreen feature definitely needs a pen or stylus to accompany it for the price that it is). It came with neither. It was by sheer luck that I'd purchased a tilt pen as an extra thinking that I would have a spare pen for this laptop and stylus for my other laptop that would be compatible with the MPP tilt.

I work as a mobile IT Technician supporting older people and I have been recommending the HP Pavilion x360 for a while now. I wanted to buy one for myself to be able to use on the road and show other people. The older models are heavier and a little larger/thicker than the brand new ones, but the flexible design is extremely usable whichever model you buy. The better the internal specifications, the longer the device will last and the faster it will respond. This model's screen folds over flat and Windows switches to Tablet Mode providing an on screen keyboard making the device great to use on a lap, sofa or bed. The multi-point touch screen is very responsive. Alternatively the screen can be partially folded over in "tent" formation and the display flips upside down automatically allowing the device to be used on a desk or tabletop. Great for watching videos or TV Catch-up. (Edge browser enables all the catch-up websites to be converted to apps and added to the Start Menu.) Some models come with an HP Pen Stylus which allows for writing, drawing and painting in relevant apps, or precise mouse pointing and selecting. The HP Pen is magnetic and clips to the side of the screen for storage. Other third party pens are compatible too. The computer itself is nicely built and thekeyboard is nice to use and fast for touch typing. The fingerprint sensor on my model works very well. My device upgraded to Windows 11 easily, which was very pleasing. The mains lead is nice and long and the device charges fully in about 90 minutes.
My wife bought this for her new job and we have both been amazed by it. Keep in mind that this computer is being used for work so it is checking emails, word and other office programs, zoom, etc. It is not a gaming computer by any means but I am sure it would do well based off specs. The battery life is amazing. The screen is bright and clear and responsive to touch. The only thing I do not like about it (but it is all computers bought from a store) is all of the extra BS programs that are installed with it.Definitely a 5 star computer from HP.
Wish I could -5 for this laptop. Purchased just 2 months back and it failed within a month. No boot device recognized. Sent it to HP. After it came back within 2 days the same problem. The main problem is the laptop is being used by my daughter and I have to drive 300 miles to have bestbuy send this to HP for repairs. If I had know HP laptop are so bad I would not have purchased this laptop model. SSD's are are more reliable than the regular HDD's. But I am not sure what junk SSD's are installed on these laptops
Love this laptop. For the price this has some fantastic features. Had this laptop 5 years now, no issues at all. Literally none. The battery even works well still, never needed to be replaced! You just have to look after it like any laptop. It's nowhere near the beefiest hardware, but it's perfect for college course work and casual computer usage. Never gamed on it, but I did use a few GIS softwares and they worked perfectly fine, no issues. I would highly recommend this laptop to anyone.
rear vent cutouts are a bit weak .. they need more structural rigidity. like the available usb-c charging and the availability of ports overall. small, lightweight, and no slowdowns or heat issues .. really no issues. main drawback is screen is a too dim for outdoors and resolution is on the low side if not making use of an external display .. graphics is a bit weak too. would i buy again and do i like/recommend it? yes, yes.
I’ve been using this computer for several months now, and I’m thoroughly impressed. Here are some key points:Performance: The computer handles multitasking effortlessly. Whether I’m working on spreadsheets, editing photos, or streaming videos, it remains responsive and smooth.Build Quality: Sturdy construction with a sleek design. The keyboard feels comfortable, and the display is crisp.
