HP LaserJet Pro 3001 is a great little black and white printer. It's pretty sleek, simple, and attractive for a printer. I am so over ink jet printers and always having to worry about running out of ink. With the Lsser Jet I feel confident that my toner will last for a long time. It's also VERY easy to slide the toner cartridge in and out for when it's time to replace that. I was able to print 10 pages two-sided in about 30 seconds. The printing is clear and crisp so far. No smudging or blurs. I like that it automatically prints two-sided unless you tell it not to. I also appreciate that there are only 4 buttons - simple designs are a win in my book. Simple set up, works great. I connected to my home wi-fi, use AirPrint from my iPhone, no problems, and Mac set up was easy, it found the printer on the network right away. I have had the printer for a month and no connectivity or printing issues.

This machine was the worst printer I have ever purchased from hp. Returned it. After 250 prints it stopped feeding paper. On off button on worked part of the time. Hp stood behind and gave a full refund 5 stars to them.

I got this printer due to Linux compatibility and have been impressed by how it operates (the quite mode) as well as the web based interface.
Product arrived broken. Returned to local Best Buy store, and they immediately shipped a new one. Professional, courteous, and helpful! No issues!

Great black and white toner printer for office. Easy set up and long lasting toner. Not sure why they would sell a printer at Best Buy that they don’t carry he toner for though.
at least comes with instant ink as an option but hp has the worse customer service so good luck trying to cancel ur account and other stuff at least paper tray holds more than hp never stop 1001nw that comes 150 sheet of paper in out tray
