Printer itself is good, touch screen, printing over wifi and mobile printing which i'm really happy with. However, It said it comes with original inks but not, it is instant inks which will be stopped working if you cancel the subscription after 6months trial. It will cost you ~$90 to replace all 4 inks to normal one which are working for as long as it lasts I'm afraid that it is a bit misleading.

This printer was also on special and heavily discounted as it was the last one. I have always bought hp printers for their reliability so I couldn't go past this bargain.
Good printer for what I need. Connects over wi-fi and can easily print from both my MacBook and cell phone. Black and white printing is great, and fast. Colour printing of photos is a bit grainy and average. Replacement cartridges are about half the price of cartridges used in cheaper printers, so the ongoing costs are better if you fork out a little bit more for this printer instead of buying the cheapest printers.
I found the set-up easy, was able to get straight into my printing jobs. The ink option has been really handy too, replacement cartridges arriving in time before I run out. Print quality, ease of use, double-sided printing - all positive for me.
Does exactly what it needs to do. Paper feeder and scanning has not jammed yet. Individual inks. Only snag was trying to get the HP smart app on the laptop to talk to the printer, but got it sorted.
Bought ine as wanted to use on printing mostly photos. But quickly got dissapiinted when the prints comes with mutiple vertical lines and poor colour quality. Images comes as washed colour. Follow HP trouble shootinh guide on how to clean printer but gotten worst called HP and was asked to buy new ink. Wasted money on ink as result come out the same. Even bought high quality expensive paper all result the same. Never buy this product. Returned and bought epson instead and had remarkable quality versus this HP printer.
Always bought hp printers but this one is Very noisey and feels cheap. The front door opens if You lift the lid to put a document in the scanner and then has to reset itself. Wasting lots of time. . If using the document feeder. It will only scan on 1 side of the paper which is a waste of time. Best upgrading to the 9 series if you want to use it much.
Very very happy with this printer... Faster and clearer than the last printer we had - not mentioning the other brand as it was great when we bought it years ago. I would definitely recommend the HP Officejet 8010e AIO Printer, and I would buy HP again in the future.
