The heating mode is quieter then dyson. The air filter is cheaper and the functionality is overall very good. Not to mention philips sales and after-sales is phenomenal. Build quality very good. Comes with a remote and attention to detail like no beeps when changing settings. Lights can be turned off. White bedsheet now has no more carpet fuss over it while my older xioami purifier failed miserably at it. This is proof it really works. Needs heavy duty carbon deodoriser pellets in the replacement filter and it can beat any air purifier in the market.

The app constantly stops measuring the air quality and the device is completely unresponsive to both the app or the remote control. When I turn off the AI (beta version) and it turns itself on again. When I want to change the settings it turns back to the previous setting alone after a few seconds and the device does not react.. the app does not work at all! The device is set to turbo and I cannot change it unless I unplug it. I either cannot use the device at all or the energy bill will be massive…Also I sent several support requests through the app months ago and nobody responded. The worst service level I can remember having for an app and a device at this price level.Phillips was a brand I trusted but turned to be unreliable and extremely disappointing.

However, this device doesn't filter out gases, and if it runs 24/7 on auto mode, it accumulates a significant amount of dust. From the attached photo, you can see that the gas level was reduced simply through natural ventilation. Would I recommend it? Yes and no. If you have 400 euros to spend on an average air filter, then yes (it also heats). However, if you want an average air filter without monitoring, it's better to go for something under 100 euros, as they all do the same job.

The purifier is large but not excessively so it stands proudly in our lounge. With one click of a button I can heat the room and diffuse at the same time. There is an option to rotate the device to adjust to your comfort so you know you are getting the maximum benefit. I like the way that it includes 3 functions and the fan cooling element is super powerful which I know will great in the summer months. Since using I have niticed a more cleaner atmosphere, my children are breathing in less air pollutants and therefore getting less allergies. This product is amazing! It heats up the room really fast this winter and the cold setting feels really cold, I Hooe we get another heatwave so I can properly test it out. My bedroom always has lots of dust particles no matter how much I clean and the air purifier setting on this works wonders! I feel like it's helping already with nit getting as many hay-fever symptoms and the air feels cleaner. I love how there's an app on your phone you can use to control it remotely without needing the controller if you've lost it. It's a really great bit of kit and feels very sturdy. It also looks great sort of futuristic and everyone that comes into my home asks about it.

So initially I struggled with the App but then finally it stopped glitching and worked perfectly. I have used this mainly for the fan heater and the air purifier. The fan heater is amazing really heats the room up quickly and the heat is not smelly like typical fan heaters. I can control the fan speed setting via the remote control or the app. I find the App a lot more handy as it's easier to navigate and read. I have used this a lot for the Purifier too and it has been great, I and the family have noticed we feel a lot less poorly, before having this we would all take turns constantly getting poorly. This has been perfect with these winter days of cloud rain and awful winds ! I have used this in the front room and it has heated up the house so well ! It’s much more efficient than using the heating !! It warms up straight away ! I’ve yet to use the cool fan feature other than to give a little test to see how it functions and it got the room nice and cold ! So I can guarentee this will make the home nice and cool while we get this random heat spells ! Had been the perfect edition to the household ! It shows all the allergies in the air and air quality which has made me realise all the nasty stuff that is int eh home and I ah e found that I’ve suffered a lot less with stuffy noses and sneezing sessions while using this !
