Hugo Boss Bottled Eau De Toilette 100 ml

Of the Hugo Boss "apple cinnamon" type of fragrances, this one is by far my favorite. I still wouldn't wear it, because there are plenty of other fragrances I like much better (including ones doing the same type of thing). But it smells nice enough, like a slightly less cloying "Stronger With You" type of vibe. The spice isn't very strong here at all on me; it's more of a sweet, toffee-like accord with some warmth. Nothing too original, but it does a decent job at what it's going for, with the sweet warm fall-like scent. I do feel like it's very overpriced for what it is, though; as with most Hugo Boss fragrances, to me it doesn't smell like it should cost more than $50-60 for a full size.

This smells great and a nice changed for the Boss Bottled line. This uses fig to give a dry, earthy, very interesring scent. In the dry down, I get a softer mix of leather, woods, fig, and powdery iris. It's very wearable and perfect for colder weather or rainy days or any evening occasion. This has nothing in common with any other Boss Bottled release as this drops the apple feel for more woody type vibe. The projection is decent, it's not a room filler but that makes it all the more wearable during the day. The longevity is awesome lasting a good 8 hours even if it's not projecting that hard but sitting within a nice scent bubble. I highly recommend getting your nose on this one.

Boss Bottled Intense by Hugo Boss is a Woody Spicy fragrance for men. Boss Bottled Intense was launched in 2015. Top notes are Apple, Orange Blossom and Bergamot; middle notes are Cinnamon, Cloves, Geranium, Cardamom and Lavender; base notes are Vanilla, Sandalwood, Coumarin, Cedar and Vetiver,according to Fragrantica. I’m thinking that this fragrance no need introduction. It's what you expect, almost the same smell of the original with 1/3 more concentration that increases longevity even more. BBI has a dominant vanilla accord with cinnamon and some apples. Wonderful gourmand perfume that smell like some kinds of an apple pie. It has great sillage and longevity and it’s the best flanker in the BB line in my opinion. I’m not a huge fan of the house and this and BB are part of my collection for personal reasons.

I'd give this one a 3.5 star. The scent is in that Fahrenheit by Dior realm. It could easily be a flanker if they re-did it a little bit. I guess Fahrenheit night doesn't roll off the tongue the right way. My issue is how poorly it projects off your skin and how long it lasts is inexcusable. On clothes? Sure it'll last but there are far better fragrances out there that you can get instead. It's safe, it's easy to wear. But for the price you can do far better. I'd love an intense or EDP version of this as there is serious potential. The scent itself someone on a fragrance review website nailed it, it's like a luxerious grape soap. Ok scent......but.....

It isn't Amazing Grace! This is an entirely different scent, so I'm baffled as to why they're calling it Amazing Grace Intense?? I was excited when I saw it at Ulta, thinking that they had brought back the original, long lasting AG. Then I sprayed it on my wrist and a paper strip. Not bad, but definitely not AG! The notes are completely different! Amazing Grace had Orange Blossom, Jasmine, gorgeous Muguet, Bergamot, Lemon, and a very soft musk. This perfume has rose, musk, some kind of fruit......but zero Muguet or Bergamot. Come on Philosophy/Coty!! You've made how many versions now of Amazing Grace, when your sales would sky rocket if you just brought back the original! Unbelievable.

One of the best 2020 releases from Hugo Boss!

I really like this version of the Boss Bottled line. It's not ground breaking but it's a solid release! I find this one more of a modern and mature version to the original. Gone is that apple pie vibe. In the opening I get the apple and black pepper. Don't get much bergamot in the opening, but it's there in the background. As it starts to dry down the chestnut and cardamom comes out. I don't get any cinnamon with this one. When it becomes closer to my skin I do get some of the original DNA mixed with the musk and vetiver. Performance is pretty decent! I get 8 to 9 hours on my skin with a couple of hours of projection! So wrong

This smells NOTHING like the original Amazing Grace scent. I bought this in hopes of having a stronger, longer lasting original scent. But there is zero similarity at all, I don't know how they are marketing it as amazing Grace. The positive reviews baffle me, I'm wondering if they are coming from people who aren't familiar with the original scent? Perfume is like wine though, the interpretation is always left up to the individual person. Buy at your own risk! I'm REALLY glad I only got the 0.5ml instead of the larger bottle which I was very tempted to buy because I'm obsessed with the original scent. Good luck, I hope it smells great on you, but it absolutely did not work out for me!

This flanker from the Boss Bottled line is a fresher and lighter take to the original. In the opening I get the citruses, apple and ginger. As it starts to dry down the clove, geranium and some cinnamon become more noticeable. I don't get any vetiver with this one. What I do get is the woody notes when it becomes closer to my skin. I really like this one, but unfortunately performance is below average. I only get 4 to 5 hours on my skin with 20 mins of projection.
