amazing veneer door

Solid and usable, but the finish was sub par. It had veener edge issues.

Had to cut and block a round window into this door for a customer. Considerable work involved to block the door and rout the window. Had to clean a small glue mark off the
door once all the work was done. Knowing full well that this was a veneer ply I was very, very careful and even still blew through the veneer in, no joke, four strokes with 150
grit paper and a block. Just because you can cut veneer two microns thick doesn't mean you should.

Door is not solid core and started to warp only one day after fitted. And laminated pacific maple chipping
