This is my 3rd controller in 2 houses over 10 yrs that I have used. Simple to setup and use, lockable and reliable (10yrs plus) without any bells and whistles like wifi connectivity which I have no use for remote operation as I am retired and mostly home.

Easy to install. Works well
This is a high quality product and is excellent value for money. The manufacturer has online tutorials if you want to check out some of its features.

Neighbour & self have same reticulation system.His broke down due to age, so talked him into buying another one.He is happy now.
Does more than required
build quality is of good standard giving the feeling off solidness and quality. Door catch worked too well and very hard to open door. Unit was described as easy to program but using the reasonably informative manual did leave a few unanswered questions. luckily utube has a number of easy to follow clips which helped fill the missing details. The controller is working great and doing what is supposed to do. I am happy to recommend this product and supplier.
